    We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
    Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
    We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

    I'm a 19yo crochet artist, haven't stopped working the orders for the past week days and nights, and my God don't my fingers hurt a lot. Woke up this morning my joints were hurting more than ever. I did this exercise, although that clenching and opening exercise felt like torture, my fingers do feel a bit lighter. I think I have to do this exercise more, maybe daily, to feel better than they are now. Thank you!!

    The first 2 sessions of the "shaking", my right wrist (work-mouse hand) was screaming. I kept going and not gonna lie, by the 3rd shaking, it felt fabulous! Thank you for this!

    Another one to add to my daily routine! Thank you so much, Linda. I have RA and OA in my finger joints with some joint damage. My fingers are tingling and they really do feel much lighter.
    Next day ... Have done this exercise twice today so far. The benefit is incredible. And, also for one of my cats. She hopped on the bed with me about an hour after my last workout, and was fascinated with my fingers. She couldn't get enough of nosing them. I then spent about ten minutes massaging around her jaws and ears - much longer than she usually wants. She also has autoimmune disease, expressed as gingivitis, and I am hoping that she, too, will benefit on an ongoing basis from these fabulous finger exercises.

    I'm just out of a cast post broken arm. I did the ' soft' version and will slowly work up to the way you do it.

    Stop this have you got a hidden camera in my home.
    I am suffering so badly. All of my fingers have become so painful, you would not believe.
    I've been exercising them.
    They have suddenly started to curl and the pain is unbelievable. I am just falling apart. Doing your videos each day to help.

    I was skeptical. The other stretches or exercises I tried didn’t really helped my finger sore and stiff hand. Yours worked. Thank you. The thing that is freaking me out is that I see more veins popping up on top of my hand.

    I had a lot of pain. Guess that means that my finger n wrist joints are weak. Am going to practice this daily. Thank you !

    I'm doing this exercise everyday more than a week now and I don't know how to thank you cause my finger joints are painless now when i'm drawing with pen or working with mouse and keyboard or even i'm playing guitar... I was so dissapointed when I wasn't able to work and do my routin and I was just resting but nothing were happening then this video saved me :)))

    Wooowzwrs this was a tough but powerhitting hand exercise beautiful video yet again Linda, felt pains opening n closing hands and the shakiing oo don't GeT me started BUUUT and a big but at that is that i felt the circulation and joints being more mobile defo need to do more and especially in WINTERS!!!📕📚🧠🧠 WAPOWW THANK U
