I started staying away from sauces when i looked at the nutritional content of mayonnaise once lol. I've also lessened intake of high calorie drinks and basically just have black coffee and milk in a day. Glad to know about the three other tips! I'll add these to my list.

@Queen of Swords yes you are absolutely wrong and condescending. There are many reasons why a person might binge. It's not always about self control. I am diagnosed with clinical depression and I binge as a coping mechanism. Mental health is still a huge taboo in my country. So, there aren’t many professionals who can actually help me overcome my clinical depression. Plus it costs a ton of money. So, I have to binge sometimes as a distraction and sometimes, just to avoid any panic attack or manic episodes. I hope you please educate yourself more and show more empathy before you start being rude to others.

If I’m not asleep before midnight, I become restless and I find it so difficult to go to sleep!! I have a problem shutting my brain down, so I decided to make a little meditation spot in the corner of my bedroom, behind my door! Hopefully it gets better!

After using MyFitnessPal to track my intake and outtake of calories, I discovered I took in more calories from sneaky calories (whiskey + coke) 😁 dropped it like hot cake 😋 loosing weight steadily

Can we have french fries prepared at home in an airfryer Or chicken nuggets prepared at home? Will those also have as many calories as the processed one?
If you've made it from real potatoes, then it's fine. But if it's processed french fries or nuggets, it is still processed food. So it will still be high in calories (although not as high as deep fried), but try to avoid or if you want, have it only occasionally.
do you have tips for younger people? i'm 16 and i've been trying to loose weight for 3 years(before that too but i was too young to understand certain things) i tried many things but my body won't let me loose any.

My problem is, I have a sweet tooth and it’s just as bad as a drug addiction and I’ve tried many times to reduce my sweet intake but doesn’t last long, maybe a couple months and having someone tell me not to consume too much sweets is like telling a drug addict to stop doing drugs, it’s not that easy, maybe easy for some but not me. So my question is, how can I over come my sweet tooth addiction?, I do eat veggies and fruits everyday but still snacking on chocolate and so on
Just imagine ingredients of this food. You can google how separate ingredients of nutella looks like. For me it works because i realise that's just sugar and fat mainly.
