I learnt so much from this channel. Managed to lose 4 kg over the last month by following her tips. First time I was actually successful in losing weight.
@Manya Thareja I first calculated how many calories I need to eat according to my height and weight and then I started tracking my calories. I ate mostly healthy food. The main foods I ate were oats,sweet potatoes,any protein sources, healthy south indian food like idli or Chapati, whole wheat or multigrain bread and lots of veggies and fruits. You can eat any healthy , balanced food and count your calories and you'll lose weight. Never eat below 1200 calories cause you'll end up gaining weight. I didn't work out much though, just a few mild exercises twice or thrice a week. Please don't starve, it's a huge mistake I made previously
I gained 18kg during the lockdown last year but since I started following your workout in December 2020, I've lost 11kg in 2 months and working out to lose so much more... Thank you so much Joanna for being such an inspiration and changing my life❤

I understand this video is 3 months old and you won't see this but thank you for this video. I have once starved myself and worked out for hours, I never thought it was an ED but now I'm realizing it was. I gained all the weight back (not all the fat surprisingly) but now I'm trying to focus on gaining muscle instead of losing weight. Your videos have been extremely helpful and I'm only just at the beginning of my journey but I'm looking forward to it!

This is exactly the type of video I was looking for, thanks for bifurcating the hunger, next time whenever I feel hungry I will definitely give it a thought as to what type of hungry I am... the 7th hunger is the most difficult, you just cant say no to your mommy.
The suggested questions seem to be an excellent guide to successful 'food journaling'. About the hormonal hunger, are there recommended foods to eat before,/during/after a femine cycle? If someone is on a hormone based birth control (as from experience I naturally craved more food.. I'm guessing to process the extra hormones?😬 I've since stopped it, but just curious) Anyway, the information on your chanel is an overall excellent guide. Thank you for teaching and encouraging!

My Mom's food is so weirdly made that I always have hunger 30-60 minutes afterwards, I guess it fells under "crappy foods"... and for the three days: I know what I will eating because I have planned everything and I don't step away from my plan, except for having an extra piece of fruit. But I see my hold habits a lot in this and I am really happy I have stepped away from that (and lost over 40lbs in not even 4 months).
Joanna can you please make a video called weight loss for tweens (age 10-12) in which you can explain the exercises needed as well as a diet plan pleaseeee. because I really want to lose weight as a 12 yr old and I can't find good workout and diet plans for that age. Sense hunger. Mostly i stick to my strict diet but this happen to me quiet often. Many times i can control it but sometimes i cannot and then i feel guilty and regret eating.
