- Learned in a French Restaurant❗A Trick with 2 Fingers ! Incredibly delicious. Since I learned this method, I make them every day. Better than croissants! So fast and easy to prepare. The French kept this recipe secret for years. I couldn’t believe it is so quick and tasty. The dough is like a cloud. All my friends ask for this recipe. One simple method, amazing result. If you have flour and an egg at home, make sure you try it. This is the easiest thing I’ve ever done.

Ingredients and recipe:
200 ml warm whole milk
120 ml warm water
7 g instant yeast
1 egg
50 g sugar
600 g wheat flour
Sift flour
10 g salt
Mix well
60 g melted butter (cooled down)
Mix butter in
Shape into a ball
Cover the dough
Let it rest in a warm place for 80 minutes
Shape the dough into a ball
Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces
Shape the dough into a ball
Flatten the dough
Roll out the dough into a square (around 35 cm x 35 cm)
Use hands to stretch the dough where it's thicker
Now I will divide the dough into 5 equal stripes
I mark every length with my finger
50 g melted butter (cooled down)
Brush the dough with a half of the butter
Fold the dough alongside marked lines
Now repeat the process with the other piece of dough
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes
Cut every roll into 12 equal pieces
First, I divide the dough in half then I divide each half into another half and each quarter into 3 pieces
Take one piece of each roll
Put one piece on top of the other
Sprinkle with flour
Use a chopstick to press down in the middle
Join the ends
Grab the dough like that and stretch it a bit wrap the dough around your two fingers
Repeat with other pieces, cover and let them rest for 30 min

Preheat the oven to 200℃, top and bottom heating
Bake for 15 minutes
Leave buns for a few minutes to cool down
