    • @andrewbobat
      @andrewbobat 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@its_me_stay Macarons are harder technique wise, but once you know the technique and what you're looking for, it's easier than croissants because croissants are very time consuming and take a lot of timing of putting the dough and butter in the fridge for lamination of layers.

    That recipe is awesome,but after making them I'm going to tell a really nice tip.When making all of those layers it's crucial to make the first and the last bigger than others and seal them,so the butter cannot escape out of the edges

    I like to cook spontaneously. Whenever I see something i want to cook and i have the ingredients, I make immediately. That's why I always soften my butter in the microwave, and for eggs i leave them in some lukewarm water so they heat up quickly and i don't have to wait. If it wasn't ten at night rn, I would have definitely been making these croissants right now.

    I tried this yesterday, and let me say, it was the most delicious croissants I ever ate, I store bought all my life, this is hands down the best the ever had, it's a bit time consuming however it's worth it, make double or triple the batch and freeze it as soon as it cools down from the oven and now I have the most delicious croissants ready to eaten every day! Thanks so much for posting this easy recipe! Its much appreciated!! My croissants came out not as crispy, I'm not sure why, but that doesn't really matter cause it still comes out incredible!

    WOW, gorgeous croissants!!! 😍😍For some reason I have always been quite intimidated at the thought of making croissants, but this is a far more approachable method! I don't know how you came up with this technique, but it is genius in my opinion, so thanks for sharing it because I've always wanted to try making them! 💜💜

    Wow! I always thought that croissants were super hard to make. Im of Indian origin and make great flatbreads from scratch, so this technique is very familiar. Do you have a puff pastry recipe too?

    These look soooo good! Do you think it could be made into a loaf? The loaves are so expensive in the store.

    If we want it more sweet , can we just increase amount of sugar, or do we have to add more flour as well??

    • @remarkable99

    I made these today and they are absolutely wonderful. They took a while, but are totally worth it. I put this cookbook on my Christmas list after I made the english muffins about a month ago, but now, I can't wait. I'm buying it myself!!

    Hi Emma!
    Just wondering how one would go about freezing these. Should we bake them first or freeze the dough and bake later?

    • @remarkable99
      @remarkable99 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Bake first. See the sections "How do you freeze croissants?" and "How do you reheat frozen croissants?" in the written recipe - www.emmafontanella.com/the-easiest-croissants

    Can you freeze them right after you roll them up? Then thaw and let them rise before you bake them whenever you want some?

      Hi hun! Bake the croissants, let them cool completely. Then pop them in a zip top bag and freeze. Then when ready put them in a 400 degree oven for 3-4 minutes. They come out as if they were freshly baked! ❤️
