  • This would have to be one of my favourite workouts to date!
    A 20 Minute, Full Body Wall Pilates class - This workout will focus on Core, Glutes, Hamstrings, Posterior Chain, Shoulders, Chest & Legs. Using the wall in your Pilates class adds resistance, feedback & helps with your alignment.
    Getting creative with your at home workouts keeps things interesting & motivating, so I really hope you enjoy this workout as much as I do.
