Amazing! I'm recovering from a fractured elbow, and this was just what I needed! A good workout, but still very light on the arms.

I did this with ankle weights and a resistance band and loved how you went from easy to hard while doing ab exercises and that you added some arm movement too. Also, you caught me red handed with your comment about not dropping our shoulders while doing donkey kicks.😅 You are an excellent pilates instructor Liv, I enjoyed every second of it, thank you.💜
