Hi Mam - I have one question I got selected Accenture and released offer letter date of joining is November 27.. my question is when I had discussion with HR regarding package she said will give joining Bonus but she didn’t confirm the joining bonus amount but she said will give and released offer letter and I also accepted offer. I can’t able to reach my HR she is not responding my call and mail. She will give joining bonus while i join November 27 ? They will reach us near my joining date ?

I gave interview in Accenture and got selected. Also, uploaded all the documents before the interview on Accenture portal via EAF. But unfortunately, my CV is displaying in personal detail section on place of personal pic. And HR informed me that we can't proceed further due to wrongly data uploaded. We have to again restart the whole recruiting process and you have to again appear for interview. Mam, is there any remedy available if something wrong uploaded unintentionally?

Actually I'm working in TCS and doing work from home. As per recent policy, less than 60% attendance employees will not receive variable pay. I didn't receive variable pay.

Yes we can't ask anyone salary in the same company that's the role one should follow not offence

hello mam i m working in mnc as production worker, we have our worker union. we settle agrrement in every three year. before 2 settelment we agree with only fix pay but in before last agreement our union agree for variable pay. and company include variable pay in ctc. after that In nows agreement comapany agree for make some amount as fix amount and remaining is for variable pay which he provide as variable pay . my que is will company cancle this variable pay in next agrrement or not ?
That we can't predict, the private sector can take any action at any time based on their commitments

Variable you will get on yearly or half yearly basis but not on monthly basis
