      One small request...would it be possible to increase the volume of your voice in editing? 😅😂My laptop is on full volume but sometimes it's just a little hard to hear. Easier to lower the sound on a laptop if needed. 🙏🙏Thank you!!!

      Twists are great for your digestion as well as slow deep abdominal breaths because this activates your parasympathetic nervous system / rest and digest response in your body. So - never skip savasana 😉
