I've been doing yoga for a long time, and in the past years I've been doing quite a bit online yoga. this is by far the most fun I had in a long time, doing yoga. I don't know exactly why, if it was this specific flow, the pace, or a combination - it was really really fun! please upload more of the longer ones - 30-40 minutes!
Loved the flow. Always could follow. And always knew when to breathe. And the emphasis on shavasana was a nice touch. Always appreciate Namaste. And the thanks. Tend to think I'm doing it alone.
It's an healing practice. The breathing was perfectly synchronized with the healing frequancy of the body, cause the cells to release toxic matters out of it. The mind had a wonderfull resting period. Thanks!!

Great class! I love how you have so many classes to choose from with varying lengths..short ones perfect for when I come home late from work, and these 30 minute ones for when I have more time...I try to take at least 1 or 2 live classes per week, and doing your classes every day keeps me well and strong and open to enjoy those classes even more. Thank you for this great flow! Today is Monday so I usually like to start my week with a strong day in the gym but today I'll be running errands all day and won't have time for the gym, although I still wanted to get my body moving to start the week off strong! This practice was exactly what I needed to give my body grace coming out of the weekend and strength and energy to enter into a new week!

This was amazing! My butt/glutes and legs/thighs really burned, and my abs were engaged throughout the entire workout. At the end, while you were cooling down, I did some ab work on my back, and ahhh, it burned. THANK YOU for this amazing workout + relaxing Savasana!
