      The 12min Yoga for bedtime video from 3 years ago has been part of my night time ritual since it's release, and every time to this day I say "like Switzerland pelvis, neutral" out loud 😅

    My 2nd run with your 30 day challenges. The way you teach and explain all the movements is outstanding. Really makes people feel confident in their yoga and that they are on the right track. I’m a runner so my hamstrings are so tight! I find it helps a lot to do a little warm up before your classes to get the most out of the poses. Thank you so much.

    The stretch on lunge position with a variation of leg open to the side, wow, I felt a new stretch. There are so many ways a body can stretch, amazing to realize every class! Thanks for bringing out the variations and keeping every class cool.

    Just finished a long day working at my desk and I read your email that accompanied day 2 and how at times you have struggled with getting on your mat but you had the disclipline to do it and you never regret it. That carried me through to the mat this evening. I run at 5:30 a.m. and work all day and this was a perfect way to end my day. My shoulders get all jacked up when I work at my desk all day and I'm fortunate that my office is at home so I can roll away my office chair and roll out my mat. Thank you Tim!
