- Welcome to this 20-minute full-body yoga flow to help improve your strength and flexibility and help you to feel centered in mind, body, and spirit. This class is perfect for people of all levels who might have tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up the body.

We’ll begin with a 5-minute meditation, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin. Practice at home, at the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.

The sequence that brings mindfulness to balance, of course the foundation for a yoga practice. The twists at the end with knee up while in 1/2 Hero is so good for a stretch. Nice practice this morning, thank you.
