im 15 and 167-168 cm NOW but like 9-10months ago i was 161cm and I didn‘t grew much since 2 year, because I had a tumor and you know because of that I stopped my growing, and the doctors told me I can grow maximum 1-2cm more. BUT THEN I started to stretch everyday and did the ,,grow till 35- indian methode‘‘ and it helped me really much. And I’m jumping often trampolin. Since 3 months I‘m doing regulary other stretching videos from a model youtuber and it‘s really helpful.(october 2023) I also do sprinting and chaostraining. so now I’m growing like every view weeks some millimeters. and don‘t forget to drink much water, sleep at least 7-8 houers, and take zinc and vitamin D and C, and eat much but healthy, protein and and not much sweets, because sweets can stop your growth too.

@@taleweave_217 a workout like this takes a while (a few weeks to a few months atleast) to show drastic changes however based on statistics its possible to gain about 2-5 inches in height by stretching your spine or legs. regardless of how many stretches or workouts you do it’ll still take considerable amounts of time to see a big change.

In the lunch time I just eat one banana and eat green veggies
And I do my dinner before 7 pm and it’s basically masala oats or just carrots(it helps to increase height)
And before going to bed I drink a glass of milk with ashwagandha in it
im 15 and 167-168 cm NOW
but like 9-10months ago i was 161cm and I didn‘t grew much since 2 year, because I had a tumor and you know because of that I stopped my growing, and the doctors told me I can grow maximum 1-2cm more.
BUT THEN I started to stretch everyday and did the ,,grow till 35- indian methode‘‘ and it helped me really much. And I’m jumping often trampolin.
Since 3 months I‘m doing regulary other stretching videos from a model youtuber and it‘s really helpful.(october 2023)
I also do sprinting and chaostraining.
so now I’m growing like every view weeks some millimeters.
and don‘t forget to drink much water, sleep at least 7-8 houers, and take zinc and vitamin D and C, and eat much but healthy, protein and and not much sweets, because sweets can stop your growth too.

@@taleweave_217 a workout like this takes a while (a few weeks to a few months atleast) to show drastic changes however based on statistics its possible to gain about 2-5 inches in height by stretching your spine or legs. regardless of how many stretches or workouts you do it’ll still take considerable amounts of time to see a big change.
