Its actually really relaxing to do every morning but you will see its effects a little late. For fast effects you can add other facial or collarbone exercises to your routine, it really helped me get rid of my double chin and get proper posture. Good luck everyone!!

I like following this in the evening as the massage elements are very relaxing and soothing. Based on great tips from other videos on youtube, I learnt that in order to work on your double chin and get rid of it it's good to pay close attention to your posture at all times, that's what I've been doing as well since the first day of my challenge. I stop counting days from now, it is the habit of mine already and I would like to keep it for good :D

I did not have a routine, I just did 30-50mins 5 times a week, towards full body and leg or full body and abs, towards the whole body. the other days he would stretch or go for a walk.
As for food: I don't usually eat junk food,
However, sometimes I wanted to eat the delicious gummies, so I ate it if I wanted.

doing this workout everyday and coming back!! Day 1: did it, felt so relaxed👍 Day 2: I forgot to do the workout but I got back on track!! After today I felt that my double chin was slowly disappearing!! Again felt very relaxed and at peace of mind. Day:3 This is a late update but I’m telling u guys what happened in the past hahah I got a lot of compliments on my face! A lot of people told me I lost face weight and my face is a lot more defined, my double chin is no where to be seen!

Reason:-Before you start, applying a serum, moisturiser or oil with some slip can help to keep the skin supple when you stretch. As you press your face into your skin for certain exercise, you can move the product into the skin further, improving efficacy
