I WILL UPDATE SO REMIND ME GUYS start: weight: 60kg height: 168cm Day1 ✅: It was a bit difficult but I managed to make it through all 3 workouts. I was sweating a lot but feel very energized now. also drank a lot of water during and after this workout :)) Day 2✅: this workout was really hard but I finished all 3 again and took less breaks inbetween :). Also keep drinking water!! Day 3✅: this day was a LOT easier than the last 2. i didn‘t take breaks between the vids and keep drinking water!! Day 4✅: I skipped the 4th workout since it was more stretching so I just jumped straight to the 5th. It was pretty hard but I managed to make it through it. i drank some water between the breaks and also had to take a 5 min break after the first 2 videos

It takes 2 months to see results in every workout(or not really depends on your body but it mostly does) and have a good diet. Plus if you’re only doing this workout its going to take a long time

doing this workout as part of shirlyns full body standing workout on her website (14 days one). im trying to eat healthier and i also try to cover 3000 steps daily (i know its not much) weight 83 kg height 166 cm day 1 ✅ i did all 3 workouts according to the plan. tiring but refreshing day 2 ✅ i did all 3 workouts according the plan. sweat is dripping off my bodyyy goooood. im happy with myself todayy. day 3✅ I skipped 2 days and did the day 3 workout. kinda tiring and took breaks but complete. also my weight is now 82.05. also did 4000+ steps today. day 4✅ did the exercise along with day 5 workoit because 2 workouta didnt feel enough lol. btw im 81.6 kg now. and i also took a day break but did 6000+ steps that day. day 6 ✅ did the workout and covered around 4k steps day 7 ✅ did 2 workouts only with no steps 😭 will cover the third one tomorrow 💪💪 also I'm 81.8 even after following a diet and doing workouts. maybe i lost water weight and gained it back now 🤷♀️ I'm losing motivation 😭😭 day 8 ✅ did all three workouts. plus 8000 steps. day 9 ✅ did only 2 workouts. but walked 10k steps so there's that. day 10 ✅ completed the workout. was extremely tiring fsr. didn't walk any steps today. im 80.35 kg now. day 11 ✅ did all workouts + yesterday's one workout. walked 4k steps day 12 ✅ did the workouts along with 8k steps day 13 ✅ did the workouts. but no steps. also gained 1 kg, cuz I ate a lot yesterday lol. day 14 ✅ finally completed all the workouts. im 80.3 kg at last. lost around 3 kg in two weeks so it's a pretty effective workout. definitely recommended for people who want to start working out. like to remind ❤️ and unlike others who seems to stop working out in middle I promise I'll update y'all ❤️❤️
Day 1:I did it but struggled with the side jump and crops knee thing Day 2:I went to the gym but I still decided to this workout I still struggled with the jump thing. This exercise is really good heres my progress Day 1 No difference Day 2 I can see my belly forming into like a hour glass shape bearly Day 3 Same as day 2 Day 4 I can see my body turning into hourglass really quickly wow Day 5 Im really happy with the results rn I will be doing these daily mornings 2-3 times a day I recommend these for upper 7-16 i dont know tho its not as painfull and it forms really fast like what?? Trying this again 💪I have done it for 2 weeks but I stopped due to some health issues but I stayed the same weight so I am back again!

starting this 7 day workout challenge 🫶 trying to flatten and tone my stomach! currently 24 inch waist
Day:1 ✅ No changes since its the first day
Day:2 ✅ Stomach seems a bit flatter burned more
Day:3 ✅ Stomach is starting to form into an hour glass figure
Day:4 ✅ I see a small definition of the hourglass figure on the sides of my stomach
Day:5 ✅ I see more of a definition on the sides of my stomach this is definitely working!
Day:6 ✅ Lower sides of stomach seem smaller! This is working
Day:7 ✅ when I put my hands on my stomach it feels slim so I'm close to having an hour glass figure!
Day:8 ✅ This workout is easier for me to do now! My stomach is way slimmer than the first day I tried this
Day:9 ✅ Stomach is the same as yesterday but I've seen lots of changes
Day: 10 ✅ I have an hour glass figure! This really works I encourage you guys to try this!
