    I am close to 70. I find this is best yoga exercises for elderly. I am very active but found best to do early morning during winter.

    Oh, thank you for a great video,=== just turned 94 and needed this! When I was 74 I trained for a Disney marathon, never having run before,----I was introduced to yoga, practiced every day , AND completed the 26, miles ---and finished 1st in my age group(75 and up). Mind and Body work in unison!! Yoga is my go to! THANK you and cheers to grandmother,----I subscribed and look forward to more of you Rashmi❤

    I'm 82 and find your videos very helpful. I sometimes do the dance video standing rather than sitting and wondered if you had other dance videos. Also, your lovely teaching style is both calm and energetic. Lastly, the music on the dance video is familiar and it's really nice to see you with your mother and grandmother.

    Found you ( I think on NBC News on my phone with a great article too. ) I have asthma and have problems with my hips you so regular you just does not work for me. the classes I took always went too fas for me and I love the way you do it! I am 70 and I am so thankful I have found you!!

    I really thank u for a aluable video.i wld like to add it's not only for elderly but ppl working on comp or have neck and shoulder pain will benefit a lot .It looks v.easy but the relaxation of upper body is worth doing these exercises for everyone.thnx a lot.
