    Hi Rashmi, it was chance coming across your Yoga for Senior Citizens. When I saw your Grandmother who is 86 yrs old doing Yoga with so much ease I thought it should not ebe difficult for me who is 82 to learn and practice these yoga postures.
    I have saved your few video and started practicing them watching them. Thank you Rashmi for teaching senior citizens to keep our bodies fit.

    Hi Rashmi I love your sessions. I do the exercises every day. May I make a request .Is it possible to have one full session may be for about 10 minuets only to strength the legs.
