      We use this at our adult day program for seniors under the umbrella of a dementia..they love it..she has such a beautiful calming voice..

    A big thank you to Rashmi for these videos, I work in a nursing home in Queensland, Australia, and 3 days a week we use your videos for our "morning seated yoga exercises," and the feedback we get from our residents is outstanding. They love the exercises as they are not too fast, and are seated, their favourite is this dance routine. They love the movements and the music and are more positive and happy for having done these to start their day. Thankyou again, Joe

    I came across your videos just recently.. and thank you so so much for the beautiful and simple yoga dances. I used it during Group Therapy ecxercise at the Eldercare i'm working at..and the elders love it!! Including the staffs!! 😁😁
