    Outhandling! At age 75, I was able to pass to the eye exam for DL renewal with NO glasses. This works. I tell all my friends about it. Thank you Rashmi.

    I teach yoga workshops for the eyes, and this is exactly the exercises we do. It was very nice to be lead, rather than the one leading for a change! Thank you, this is a lovely video :)

    Was a bit harder than I expected for these 70-year-old eyes, but helpful. Might start with several fewer repetitions, especially on some of those diagonal exercises. Never knew that there was such a thing as eye yoga!

    What an amazing idea. I'm 3 days in and I gotta say, my eye muscles feel tired form the workout! Thank you! I will make one suggestion, and I'll leave it to you decide if it helps, but when you say, "bring your eyes back to the center and close your eyes" I pause for a second and let my eyesight settle in before I close my eyes. Made a huge difference!

As the children would come to the library, I had them doing eye exercises before we started out library class. I really enjoyed. I had forgotten about until I found your video.     Yup!!! Can feel the stretches in the eyes just as much as the hamstrings. Amazing!!
    Btw yesterdays session said a lot. Not gonna do pawanmuktasan before work *ever* because it has shown great results throughout the day at work.

    My eyes were throbbing to the point I considered taking some painkillers. But then I changed my mind and decided to do some yoga. Pain's gone now

    Wonderful, thank you! I learned these exercises in an Ayurveda class years ago but had not been doing them. Grateful for the reminder and the follow along workout. I just found your channel today for yoga during your menstruation and that was lovely and so helpful for my right hips and lower back! You're a blessing to me ❤

    Paul McCartney talking about eye yoga recently brought me here, out of total curiosity. Currently doing all of this and one other little step from another video. I do a lot of stuff with screens and am also a VR enthusiast and for around 10 years, I've had times where I've had dramatic bouts of stinging eyes that I have to fix with wiping closed eyes with some cloth and applying "eye mist" to moisturise. A few days in and I've already started making this a routine and not only do I feel less worried about the health of my eyes, but I also enjoy the process. That thing at the end with the eyebrow rub? No idea what's about it that does thing, but it's kinda magical how helpful that is after this stuff. Thank you for this. :D

      It will make your eyes stronger but will vision improve or not is debatable and depends from person to person depending on age, screen time and eye health.

    I love this and will do this daily, I like how simple it is I have some time to spare right now so I watched this whilst at my desk, as I’m at my screen for 7.5 hours during the day so this massively helps! 💞

    I have astigmatism. Feels so cool to my eyes after this exercise. One thing i would like to suggest is to remove the ad in between the videos. Ads in the beginning or end are ok. If they come during the practise, it is so distracting. Thanks

    Thank you! I really felt the difference! Also, because I’m not great at breathing, these deep breaths in between helped lots! One question; eyes to right and left, do I blink when moving eyes from right to left? Is there a difference because I tend to just want to move them without blinking😒

      You can move them without blinking it shouldn't be a problem :) some people are able to keep going without blinking and some need to blink constantly so it depends from person to person.

    It would be nice if we end the exercise with rubbing our palms together and place the warm palms on our eyes with hallow palms so we don't touch and press the eye balls, let the eyes absord the warmth from our hands and slowly open our eyes. 😊

    Hi Rashmi.. Thank you for this wonderful video! For a kid that has myopia, is it in general better to avoid wearing the glasses inside the house to prevent further deterioration or is it better to wear it all the time to avoid stress on eyes..
