    Hi Rashmi. Your videos for yoga for the elderly have a special place in my heart.
    My grandmother was suffering from hyperacidity from quite a long time. With the COVID-19 pandemic and she getting a partial paralysis worsened the things for her since she couldn't go out then and roam and socialize. This ultimately even worsened her acidity.
    I saw your videos and thought I could just play them before her and ask her to follow along. Even if she didn't have any formal education and couldn't understand English, she would (at times) happily follow along with you and utter the words (definately, wrongly 😅) that you say.
    I must say those 15-20 mins of the Yoga kept her mind occupied and relieved the acidity to some extent.
    She recently passed away about an year back. I never forget to thank God that he relieved her out of her physical and mental agony.
    In the world where everybody is focused on commercializing things, you did an extraordinary job putting up these videos on TH-cam and helping millions out there like me and my grandmother.
    Thanks a ton once again. Keep Going 💪

    Thank you Rashmi for these types of exercises to elders. I shared this video to my neighbours. They were happy bcoz 4 of them are above 60yrs. They do practice. I make my mom to sit with me. She is 74yrs now. Thanks once again.

    ❤ I'm not a senior, but have health problems... reumatic artrite and others. That's why my doctor said to practice yoga or thai shi shuan. The first classes I had to practice sitting in a chair, like your grandmamas... Thank you very much, Rashmi! Many blesses for you and your life! 😘💕

      Totally agree. I discovered you and your beautiful yoga around 3 or 4 years ago for my mum who enjoys doing yoga with you. She is now 95 yrs old and continues to do her chair yoga everyday.
      Also love your restorative yogalates and just wanna, say that doing yoga with you is gratifying and great fun.
