Hello Mr Reeves .

@@MrDaveR-uq7iq you are too sweet. Thanks Mr. Dave! Is it wrong that every time I think I say, Mr. Dave, I secretly think Mr. Dave Osborne. Ha! Do you remember him?
@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska Do I , I know him well ! Lol .
Not really who is he ?
@@MrDaveR-uq7iq ha! When I was a kid, he was a comedic daredevil. Super Dave Osbourne. Ha!
@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska We All remember Super Dave , lol .
I was given the nickname Air time because of my motocross Bikes in the 90's before internet , but with the long phone cords ....lol .
Thank you so much for the kind words. Dee

@@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska Anytime friend, anytime
I am glad the farmers market went so well for you, I would love to make a living from the farm.
@@RusticByNature us too!!
I don’t know if you ever thought about it. But instead of recorded Fire Camp perhaps LIVE Streaming these updates to talk to us in real time. Set a time limit and also will give people a chance to support you and the channel with Super chats. You can think of it as Farm Income as well.
Great idea. We might do lives in the future if we have a membership area. But it’s not in the cards right now. Be blessed friend. Sometimes people send us Super Thanks. Which is just like a super chat except it’s for the videos and not for lives. My biggest issue is they take a huge percentage of it somewhere between 30 and 50%, and peoples money doesn’t go really where they wanted it to go. I think most people don’t realize . I think we’d much rather people buy products they can use, or lots of people can’t afford to buy a 10 dollar bar of soap so people can support the channel just by watching videos and commenting or share a video. Sharing is caring! Thanks for thinking of us, friend
Hello sweet friends! Oh goody, a fireside chat. I’m so glad to hear your farmers market was a success, congratulations. I’m so happy to hear that you’re excited about upcoming farm income opportunities.
Have a blessed night you two!
Thank you sweetheart. 💕💕
Let me know when the next farmer’s market is and I’ll drive up from Massachusetts to say hi. 😂
Ha! Well…if you start now you can make it by the July 5th weekend. Ha!
Well hearing success is wonderful! Everyone getting together to help each other out buy supporting each other meeting new friends sharing recipes sharing stories sharing laughs creating new business which of course means money in your pocket. If we can all have a great day doing as such why is there so much hate in the world. I say we all should own a goat
Go, Team Goat!
So glad you guys had a great day! Keep laughing. ❤
Thanks!
Markets are so fun !
So happy you guys did well with the goats' milk and everything. Time to relax now
I think we’re working in the garden today again. We are having coffee time first though. Ha!
Congratulations! What a great day at the market. 😊 So glad for you and not surprised at all. You two are amazing. Loved your fire pit chat. Val ❤🙏🏻
Thanks so much!!
glad you had a great time at the farmers market.
@@MyAlaska12 thanks!
Wish I was there to meet you!!!! Looking forward to the day that I do 😃🤗💓
That's awesome guys ❤
Thanks!
I'm so happy you had great sales. I was at the park with my grands and there was a little boy saying "ma...ma....ma" and I thought that it sounded like a baby goat.😂
Ha! Baby goats definitely sound like small children.
Glad you had so much success at the market!! Save some soap for me, I have a friend that will LOVE it.
Will do!!
We pray for 88* and rain down here in south west North Carolina 😂. I’m about 6 miles from Georgia. It’s been in the mid 90’s for the last month or so. Great video as always.
Thanks!
So true. It's so hot. I'm up here in Ga. It's awful with the humidity and heat index. Gotta be out in the garden though.
That is so AWESOME! I'm happy you had a successful day! Goat cheese in our super market 3-4 oz is 6.00-7.00. To find any raw milk here is near impossible. Hope you both get some well deserved rest! ❤😊
Thanks!
So glad you sold out, and everything went great. I sure hope I can make it soon.
💕💕💕
Yalls channel is so amazing and wonderful. Hope yall get to the millions in subscribers
Thanks friend!
Bonus day!!!❤ I would love love love to order some goat milk soap!
Whoop! The online soap shop: www.theflattirefarm.com
Well, now that you two have moved up to the corporate world, who is the CEO, COO and CFO? LOL. Congratulations on your successful Farmers Market. Hope you don't forget us peons, lol.
Ha! I’m not sure we’re that cool. Happy Sunday John 💕
Congratulations on your first farmers market! What are you going to be doing for next week?
Pretty much everybody wanted the cheese and milk so we’re gonna continue to do that along with the crackers. And if I can find time, I’m probably going to can up some lemon curd. 😊
❤❤❤
You guys doing great 👍👍
Thanks!
Crystal I'm so proud of y'all I hope this soap kicks off because I'll tell you what I love myself the only thing I dislike is when it's gone then I have to get another flavor
Ha! Lots to pick from! The lemon poppyseed is lovely! But my favorite is still the aloe splash.
@@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska have we gotten the new ones ready for us to buy now. 😂
Just the lemon poppyseed. The spruce is still curing. 💕💕
Congratulations on your first farmers market sellout. Yes, buy more goats. Hope the whole summer is as successful.
Thanks! Me too! Ha’
Hey guys thanks for the shout out. Very nice of you.
Our pleasure!
@AceLeon643 I'm still watching the campfire chat video, but I went & subscribed while I was watching! I'm anxious to catch up on your videos. Anybody that Chrystal & Reeve have such positive comments about... are right up my alley! Good luck with your channel & God bless you & yours 🙏🙏🙏
@@sandijammes7761 💕💕💕You’re the best!
@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska - thanks, but these days, just about everything I do has an ulterior motive. I believe it's imperative that we help each other... in whatever ways we can. I also believe that "giving & spreading good" is ALWAYS the right thing to do. Not because you expect anything in return, but because it's the RIGHT THING TO DO. But, for full disclosure... I haven't wanted to try sour dough because the idea of making something just to have to throw some of it out really bothered me. Soooo... I'm really looking forward to their ideas & recipes.
THEY obviously like helping others to learn, like you & Mr Reeve do, so that makes them A-ok in my book! ♥️♥️
@@sandijammes7761 the magic is finding lots of things to do with the discard. That’s where these crackers come in. Sandi, you’re gonna love them!
❤❤❤ 🕊️
We appreciate you friend.
Sorry Chrystal and Mr. Revee I had to go to costco today and spent tons of money there oh my god it was very busy 10 am tons of meat could you imagine spending over $ 2,000 dollars at one store.
I "only" spent $1,100 @ Costco on Friday. My vehicle & flat stacking limits me😂
The trip before was $2K😳
@@DSmith-ss8jo 😳😜
Yikes!
@@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska Don't tell Mr. Reeve, but hubby got a PS5🙄😂
@@DSmith-ss8jo Cool!
I'd come but I'm in Arkansas. Lol I found you this weekend looking for cajeta recipes. I'm a goat owner also. My caramel turned out great . Ty. It's illegal to sell raw goats milk here. U can sell it as a not for human consumption on your property but not off your property. I give mine away to a neighbor and my parents. I make cheese and things w mine. We live in a half finished house we have been building and milling our own lumber. We pay as we go. No mortgage. We work and I'm a nurse. He works construction. We have a garden and I've been putting up a little canning. Making home a business is such a dream. I love being a nurse but less stress would be amazing.
@@paulagreen8390 yay! I’m glad your Carmel came out well. 💕 Thank you for sharing your little slice of Heaven with me.😊
Buy a counter top ice maker. $80 and you’ll have ice on demand.
That would definitely work if we had on grid power. We live off grid and have a 2000 W system which means we can run either the vacuum or a microwave but not both at the same time. Ha! There’s no way we could carry that power need. Basically we’d be running a generator to run an icemaker. Ha! Be blessed friend.
Just looked up @brakesbake, great channel. I can't find the bog one, though.
What one are you looking for?
I thought you called it farm on the bog?

Oh cool thank you
It’s not squirrel is goat😂
Pffft. Ice is for amateurs. I am so disappointed. 🙄 -Dusty
Ha!
Just out of curiosity do yall use anything to keep the mosquitoes off of yall??? I know they are awful up there according to all the Alaska homesteading channels i watch. I feel for yall a lot
People give me lots of alternatives that are much healthier, but the truth is the only thing that works around here is deet. Most of the time I just deal with the mosquitoes and work on my ninja mosquito chopping skills.
Ha!
I have a question. When it comes to raw goat milk, are you concerned with bacteria such as Campylobacter, Listeria, E. coli, Salmonella or Cryptosporidium? Do you pasteurize since it only affects a neglible amount of benefits? I have been thinking about getting some. Thanks ✌️☺️🌻💞🇱🇷
The milk is not pasteurized. There are certain regulations about selling raw milk. Most states don’t allow raw milk sales. But our ours does under specific requirements. So we’ve been registered with the state to be able to do that. In short, no, I’m not concerned about those bacteria issues because I know how we handle this milk. we’ve been drinking raw milk for three years and have had zero issues. But, I would say that you should always only do what you’re comfortable with, and for all food that you consume or purchase, make sure you feel safe with the source getting it from. 💕💕💕
@@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska Thanks for your help!
So glad you sold out. Raw milk is illegal in Canada. Pretty bad marijuana is legal, you can buy that crap everywhere but you can't buy raw milk. Something wrong with that picture.
Oh boy… I get it. We’ve just been able to sell raw milk in the last year. Before that, it pretty much had to be smuggled from person to person. Ha!
Do you share your videos on Facebook and Instagram as well great video very glad you sold tons of your stuff so proud of you both get some sleep ❤️❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦🇨🇦🍪🍪🍪😎💕🦢🐖🐐🐇🐓🐾🐾
