@FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska No, I have not. But I would think if you water bath them for just a short time . Long enough to give the jars a good seal so as not to cook them maybe...?? I believe freezing them would be more cost effective . I'm not sure how dehydrating would work without them turning color ?. That process is lengthy. Baking in the oven wouldn't take long at all. Or even deep frying . I make potato chips that way , I douse them with lemon juice before frying . I feel it keeps them fresher longer. I use a spray bottle and gently mix with my hands. Once done, I immediately salt them. Can't forget the salt. Lol I bag them up in big baggies. I use a straw to get the air out of the bag. I've been wanting to try to add a packet of ranch dressing to them as soon as they come out of the fryer. Use my big bread bowl and give them a good toss Oh my lord ! Now they would be the bomb. Don't you think. Lol I love trying to re-create foods. Saves money ! Especially snack foods. So costly these days!,! I love sharing my ideas. I love to cook , baking is my fav. Oh and before I forget. You should try the buttery ranch oyster cracker recipe. You can find recipe on pinterest. Oh my lord !! Im sure you will be making them alot!! 👍

18 Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments. Gods blessings are over you .
