  • If you are working towards middle splits and/or love deep hip openers, this video is for you! As always, take modifications to suit your body, never push a stretch to a point of pain - slight discomfort is best! Consistency is the most important when it comes to flexibility!     Thank you SO much for this video!! I'm a young ballet dancer and sadly I was not really born flexible, so I have to work very hard to get my middle split. And this video helps me a lot !     Did this today, I am flexible and can do all my splits but my middle splits need a bit of work to get that last 1/2 inch and this was hard! I have no upper body strength so holding myself up for that long in the beginning was a killer!

    My goodness it works! Though I am ballet dancer and I’m used to advanced stretches so I wouldn’t go based off of me if you’re new to these types of stretches

    Wow, this is probably the best middle split stretching routine for me that I've ever done, I really think this is going to help sooo much, since my middle splits are probably my biggest issue (I do acrobatics) :) thank you soooo much :D

      Flow with Adee I only practice a few yoga poses from videos. Which s has help me a lot in my martial arts training. I would like to find a good Yoga teacher. But now in days everyone wants to be an instructor lol, so idk which are the real ones.

    When unexpected things get in my way I get angry and tend to dwell on that anger and lament my life. During todays session I resolved to myself that I cant change what is happening and accept I am here in this moment so focus on the moment not what comes next. Thanks Adee for having calming speaking cadence with soothing music to help recenter my thoughts. Hips extra open today, afraid hamstrings might snap if i stand up.     Thank you for this. I saw this flow weeks ago and attempted it once. The toll on my shoulders was unexpected and I didn't complete it at that time. About 2 weeks later, and I have managed to get through it once, although my split is still 5 inches off the floor.This is for my Taekwondo so I will be breaking this routine into portions. The frog position will be a goto for a while. Thank you for this. Could have sworn I commented on this video before.

      Modify with blocks so ur legs are at the same height as you. Put knees on block, stretch & breathe

    I would love to see videos of where you started from? Middle splits seem so far away for me, but I know with consistent stretching I will get closer. But it would be nice to see how far you've come.

    I did your workout, but I never understood how to put my hips forward, as on 28:39 . These rotation of legs, for me, is impossible... How to improve this, please? :/

      I think the closer you get to your middle splits, the easier it gets to rotate the hips. Just try to do it as far as you can so far. I hope it helped you, although I just saw that your comment is 3 years old.. 😅 Do u have your middle splits by now though?

    This made me feel so good and relaxed at one point and then it became unbelievably hard but giiirrrrlll this is effective. Another month and I'll be doing the perfect middle split because I will practice every single day. Thank you so much for this.

      Two times a week is about all you need to see progress. Of course everyone is different, and switching up routines is beneficial! I will have more middle split flows soon :)

    Thank you for this video. It was easy to follow along. Just when you did the middle split towards the end I could only do another straddle. But I guess that's part of the process.
