@@AllahsServant12 It is better after a good warm up - I do taekwondo so I do some side kick exercises first. I can almost get my chest to the floor and legs 135 degrees. I couldn't do the reach over your head touching toes at the start and I can now!

In my own opinion, I don’t think it matters. If your knees and feet naturally stay up as you go into the middle split, great! If they go down, also great. I think it’s depends on how your body is built. I could be wrong, but I see so many other gurus do both ways and never really heard someone say one way is better than the other.

If I'm only stretching for front splits, will this video also help? Also, will it effect me, if I skip hamstring-stretches for one day and do one of your hip-stretching videos? I'm very close to the ground, but my back leg just won't go down, so I want to focus one day in the week just on my hips.
Unfortunately it is different with everyone, some people will see improvements in a few weeks or months, but some years! Depends on your body. Like myself with my back flexibility, I'm practicing months now and only see a small improvement, but I know it's worth it and when I get to the place I wanna be, I'm gonna be so happy. Just keep at it and don't give up! Also try to do these stretches at night and really make sure your body is warm :) Wish you the best of luck!!
My straddle is weak and my middle split is so far...I'm lucky if its half way... Hope the more I do this the better they get. How often do you recommend to do this?

It is calming and relaxing but what if I feel like I'm not pushing myself enough? If you're just starting out every 2-3 days, most every other day. Just to give your body time to heal. Then you can do it more often. All in all, listen to your body and yourself.

Hey there! This could be a sign that you pushed yourself passed your limits, maybe you need to do a little less and take it easy. Listen to your body ❤️🙏
Start slowly, like 2-3x a week, then every other day and then one day every day. You have to listen to your body and make sure you don't injure yourself or push yourself passed your limits.

It depends on your body and how flexible you are and how often you do it. It could takes weeks, months or years. It is possible though! Just keep at it!
Hey there! Middle splits can take months and even years to achieve, so don't get too discouraged, it's completely normal for it to take longer, so keep at it and don't give up! 💖💖💖💖
What seems to be the problem there? Are you not able to touch down with your hands to hold the position for example? You can take yoga blocks or books and stack them under your hands if the floor is too far for your to reach 😊 Or if you feel wayyy to tense in this position to even get into it, you can try a different hamstring stretch, like a one legged forward fold or forward fold sitting/standing 😊
These are stretches beginners can try and will improve their flexibility overall to get middle splits. It's in no way saying beginners must be able to do each position perfect, not at all. I will definitely make more videos that are gentle and easier for middle splits, stay tuned! 💕😊
This means you went too deep into the positions. As a beginner you need to get into a position where you feel some resistance, but not sharp pain. Listen to your body and allow yourself to be patient with your body! Hope that helps 🥰🙏😁
I liked the first part until you actually went into a split and started showing exercises from there. Wasn't it supposed to be a beginner level? I can't even spread my legs this wide in a straddle.
Hi there! Sorry to hear about your frustration😓 but practicing the middle split is an important part of learning the middle split and that’s why I added it in. It’s definitely not suggesting you should have your middle split as wide as mine! That would be insane to expect from a beginner! 😁

Is it normal that the inner side of my knees always hurt when I stretch out my leg?
I barely can't do any of these exercises without bending my knees.

Hi there! I can't really tell without seeing you in person what exactly you are doing, but of course with time all stretches get better! Just have to accept and be patient with yourself, it could take more time than you expect, but have fun with the journey and don't give up! 😊😊😊
