This was such a relaxing session and I definitely felt all the stretches reach my hamstrings. I did it last night and woke up terribly sore though. Any suggestions on how to prevent that from happening? I wasn't in any pain throughout the video...
Some soreness is totally normal, especially if you don't stretch like this often. As you get more flexible and used to the movements, you won't get as sore/sore at all! I'm glad you weren't in pain during the video, a slight stretch is the best stretch :) If you are in pain during stretching, it is likely you will strain a muscle!
that was amazing you definitely moved me thru ur calmness thru ur specific instructions showed variation on both sides, amazing i wanted to try ur hip opener sequence but for some reason my hammies requested this one lolol,,,, (having issues playing the other video ), :) but my i feel great thank u sooo much Adee

hamstrings have always been tough for me. Slight burning sensation above the ankles and a cold tight band running from butt to calves. The hamstrings do feel happier though. Someday I'll be able to fold in two! Got an 88 on my DC test and 100 on Final! Now no more school for a quarter so its more dancing, political revolution, lifting, and of course, flowing with Adee (:Q 3/24/17, 9/87
Adde- when I stretch at the gym and do hamstrings I usually put my foot somewhere as high as possible and soften my opposing leg holding for 1 minute then switch do you agree with a 1minute time? Then I switch to the other leg and do the same and repeat maybe 5 times, I am hoping to increase flexibility significantly eventually
That is a good stretch, just make sure that your hips are square (not opening to one side). If you are looking to improve flexibility - first of all, make sure that your hamstrings are warm and that you do some dynamic stretching first. Keep your spine long (avoid rounding) while in the stretch. 1 minute is a good minimum when holding a static stretch. Other than that, sounds like good routine to me :) Keep up the hard work!
I did this video right after my P90X Legs and Back routine. It was way too hard for me, so I'll look into other of your videos until I get better, LOL!

I am an ayurvedic bodyworker, with 5 to 6 hours per day working on the table and since starting this program... there is no tiredness...
