      Glad you enjoyed! It is often really helpful to change how we practice something to kind of get into areas that we unknowingly neglect if we stick to habits!

    Thank you for this video! I am so far from my middle splits but I do feel and see the difference from strengthening my legs before deeply stretching :)

    Thank you! What a great class! I love the combination of postures. I am one of those flexible hypermobile people, so for me, it could go deeper in flexibility. I can imagine that is something extra for most people.

    First time practising with you. Thank you so much for all your clear cues. It really helped me feel more aware of my body and how I move and engage my muscles.

    Shout out to you - I've been following you for awhile and (honestly) have put off classes with you as I made a decision you were hyper mobile and your practice wouldn't fit my "body type". Wow I was wrong - I love practicing with a teacher that isn't just a pretty white girl wearing not much and instead someone who actually knows their stuff - What a wonderful first class with a knowledgable teacher - thank you thank you thank you.
    Will definitely be sharing your work

    I loved this!! Thank you Adell! Even though I've followed you for quite some time (I'm the one who commented on your post and really loved the exercise is like a drug medicine analogy) this is the first time I've practiced with you! My legs feel so much more opened and I noticed a difference by the end of it from when I first started it!

    This is the first class of yours I have done and I really enjoyed it.
    The only part I struggled with was when you are in a squat and you said use glutes to pull your knees back. It didn’t feel like my glutes were doing anything- any further tips?

    Adell, thank you thank you! Tomorrow I will try this flow. How often do you recommend to do it? 🙏

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do it as often as you like -- movement and exercise are like drugs in that we all need different doses to get the right effects ❤️ so just find what works for you!

    The one thing I struggle with is that most of the yoga practices aren't enough for me to warm up but your videos are amazing! I love your creative sequences, please keep going❤

      Hehe yeah! I got on a plane and stayed in a hotel on my beach holiday while everyone else was in lockdown 🤪🤪 i wish! Just sitting on my windowsill during some nice london weather trying to make the most of it 🙃

      Adell Bridges I thought you were going to say you'd been to India again. Do you have a home in London now? I'm just outside the M25, the weather has been amazing.
