    I love ballet when I was 5 I knew the basics at 7 I was already doing the slipts gap and at 9 of course now I am testing my abilities

    I think that second pose is saddle and I tried it in yin yoga and am unable to do it at all. The weird thing is I’m pretty flexible but my body does not want to do that at all. Now pigeon I love.

    90° pigeon ist not possible for me. Still with a lesser angle, the pelvis bones stay parallel and show at the same direction.

    What should I do if I hurt myself stretching? Do I have to wait it to heal well or continue stretching? It is not unbearable pain, but it seams it doesnt heal ( for 1 week) I have stretched all days meanwhile.

      Give yourself days to heal,stop stretching for now,till u fill lesser pains,.the pain is actually a sign that you are improving,and when you come back stretching u would notice u lost no flexibility and your body has recovered....hope this helps

      More strengthening needed to avoid a further injury. Even now after months, you can do isometrics on the affected muscles.

      Yesterday i was streching and i hurt my leg, i still streched tho it was hurtibg only when i was moving and not a normal pain, today it still hurts

      7 months later I still had that pain. I stopped stretching for a month now. It will be hard to go back but I think it is better now.

    For some people splits, especially side splits, are poison for the labrum of the hip joint.

    Some people say 3 or 2 or 1 streches but they are streches that could break ur bones, so u could watch a video that has over 5 streches , they are easier btw not giving any hate to anyone

    There were 777 Likes when I came to the page. I didn’t like to disturb that perfection, but I had to add my Like. Good exercises. (The following may not be relevant for most visitors to this page-people looking for ways to achieve middle splits are probably flexible and strong already, but sure, I’ll go on anyway) I would add a warning for the three legged dog with hip circles: it is a difficult and potentially dangerous exercise for anyone with weak hip muscles, and there is a probability of injuring the lumbar spine or the sacro-iliac joint, or creating muscle imbalance. If your hip muscles are weak, start with gentle hip rotations from supine, that’s lying on your back with bent legs in the air.

      Hey darlin, the Key phrase was to do this after your “classes” and to also be “Patient”. This is for people that already dance and do other things that promote the splits. She has exercises here that help the hips, not force them. Another key is to keep positive thinking and Typing. Talking down to people will never help you or others.
