Here's my Pedal Commander review after having it on my truck for the past 2 weeks. I could never go back to driving it without, this is the BEST seat of the pants budget mod you can do to these trucks.

love the Pedal commander I have one on my 2017 ram 1500 5.7. the only thing is watch your heat gauge on your transmission it go's up really quick and that's in city, sport or sport plus . what I'm trying to say is don't have the pedal commander on all the time .only turn it on when you want to go fast or just have fun .I heard heat is a big killer for the 8 speed .
I can believe this, noticed my truck has been running mostly in 5th gear when running in sport
I'm interested to hear your 1/4 mile results, both before and after
Will be good to test it on Eco mode and see if it increase or not millage.

I loved mine...until Monday when it apparently caused a problem with the electronic throttle. I couldn't drive my 2016 Ram Hemi over 45mph. Had to take it to the dealer to reset the CEL. They blamed the Pedal Commander for the problem. I've driven it for the past couple of days with no further issues. I'd be careful with these units but to each their own. I miss the acceleration but not enough to reconnect the pedal commander.
I'll contact the company but after 4 or 5 months of use I'm not sure if they'll do anything for me. Buyer beware!
+Fastbinder It can't hurt to contact them to see what they say. Mines been on since this video was put up with no problems at all.

Curious, when you installed it, was the key fob with you? Or was at it at least 35 feet away from you? I understand this can cause a problem.
The key fob was in the house well over 35 feet away.
You must work for Diablo
Do you have to set the settings every time you get in the truck? Or does it hold memory of the past setting.

What ever happened to the track test on the Pedal Commander?
+Long Shot I ran out of race season. The track is now closed until spring so I'll have to try it out then. I went once and the truck went a tenth quicker than the previous outing but there were too many variables to compare.
Ran 14.5 in my 2017 Ram 1500 Crew Cab long box mods are K&^N air filter & DynoMax 14 inch muffler just added a 87mm throttle body hopefully 1/4 mile time improves next year

guy i bought the throttle body from also has the PCM and Diablo tuner for sale for 800. Wife says no way not til powertrain warranty is over. Happy wife happy life
Lol, I hear you there. I've been thinking about tuning mine for about a year and said I was going to wait until the warranty was up. I don't think I'm going to be able to wait it out lol.
2014 ram you dont need the ecu just the diablo so I got that instead of the pedal commander.

Nope, but if you put it into City mode, then it acts as stock.
It does void the warranty they can go on the computer and see every time you change a setting
Now that you have had it longer any issues with it.

Had mine for almost a year on my taco, nothing wrong at all running on sport plus 2. just gas mileage lol I love it.
It makes car faster Fs cause there’s no lag
Any check engine issues? I’ve read that people had their engine lights come up and can’t get it to turn off, please advice. Thanks for the videos.
+Joseph Kent I've never heard of that. But no never had a check engine light, I do know that it seems to be pretty common for a sensor on the fuel rail to fail causing a check engine light. Apparently it's an $80 part and fairly easy to replace. I'll look into that about getting engine lights and not being able to get rid of them.

+jbettss There's an ECO setting that is supposed to improve mileage but I've never tried it.

it’s a fake it doesn’t control throttle but it’s increased eccelerator automatically that’s it
