      Probably avoiding inflammatory food and eating anti-inflammatory foods as well as getting all their vitamins and minerals up to the required levels based on this channel and others’ suggestions.
      I think just adding eggs and limiting sugar should probably be enough for most people based on the 30-50videos I’ve watched on this channel alone in the last 3 weeks.

    I used to suffer from chronic fatigue due to hypothyroid. After watching Dr. Berg talking about Vitamin B1, vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2, magnesium Which gives you energy I started to take those supplements and I notice that my energy level started to increase. I am able to clean my house, cook, and taking my dog for a walk. Not to mention I sleep like a rock due to magnesium. Thank you, Dr. Berg. May God bless you for your kindness and your knowledge.

      Did you eat more potassium also? To fight the fatigue. I did plus all the others you mentioned above. I also did cod liver oil and good bacteria and kelp iodine, and I feel so much better after 3 years of fatigue.

    I had an overdose on corticosteroids that were prescribed to me incorrectly to "treat" a full body eczema outbreak. For the past two years I kept telling my prior doctor that I was having severe pain in my legs, especially whenever I tried to start exercising to lose the 60lbs+ that I ended up putting on as a result of the steroids and pain. No one mentioned ANYTHING about my vitamin D levels and just told me "lose weight". I started seeing a natural doctor this past month and she did a full workup and amongst other things confirmed I was deficient in vitamin D. She explains things really well, but watching your videos in addition is helping me get the full picture of what is happening inside my body. I'm losing weight on a clean ketogenic diet and also incorporating what I've been learning from this channel as well. God bless you for all that you're doing to help people understand these things!

      I hope your still being healthy, Christmas could be hard but actually I find it easier, lost of savory foods. I am known to bring the spinach artichoke dip and sliced peppers : ) I think you can connect with him via the description and send your testimonial. Yeah, I lost weight and lots of health issues my regular doctors and deep understanding of "common" nutrion practices could not help with. Irony of Irony, I worked out too much, had too much fruit, and not enough salt or fats. I was sickly and now I am well. I took vitamins but they came in gummy form and had sugar before, but no one could understand why I was no longer fit and healthy. Now I get most vitamins from leafy greens or cruciferous vegetables and even MEAT. It's such a learning curve. Especially if you were taught fat is bad, salt is bad, water has to be used to flush you out. I used to teach people things, what I was taught, that I no longer believe. Some of it we all agreed on. It's a journy.

    I had low V D and high calcium in my blood for years. Every time I I got blood work done and questioned my Dr about this he would not answer my question or change the subject or prescribe 50,000. Units of D to take. I was put on 8 different meds for heart and arthritis which bone scan showed was in every joint in body. 3 yrs ago I went off all. I was pre diabetic as well. We keto and gluten free. My adrenal were totally burned out as well. Getting the right vitamin and mineral supplements have fixed everything. 66 and going strong I feel better now than when I was 40. Your adrenal product was the best. I use your electrolyte product daily. My sleep is a solid 7 hrs. Last bone scan showed no arthritis at all. Loved watching Drs jaw hit the floor when he read report. I told him you can help patients fix the problem not treat the problem with drugs. I walked out and haven’t been back.

      @@amaliarc575 I found the right expert who had the answer and worked the process . 3 yrs. And no pharma. Sleep solid 7 to 8 hrs nd no more pain and clear headed. Keep searching for the right person who has answer,make the lifestyle change necessary. We didnt get this way over night . There is no majic one time pill. Stop eating foods that cause problems. Eat to feel good not bad. Not a professional. Just life experence from an old lady.

    My sternum was always hurting....
    8 years ago I talked my Internist to checked for Vit D3.
    We were shocked that my level was 10.
    Immediately my physician ordered a script for 50,000 to be taken daily until I reached corrected levels.
    My health improved within 3 months.
    I have continued my Vit D3 therapy over the last 10 years with 75% of improved health..

    I may have watched your videos for so long and I changed my life because of you, I feel ungrateful because I haven’t thanked you yet. So thank you very very very much, I have many health issues and after I began my intermittent fasting I felt like a burden was lifted off my chest.     I had a hysterectomy 6 weeks ago. I cried for days then got the diagnosis of cancer. I hadn't laughed or even cracked a smile for 6 weeks. I had listened to this episode of how to increase your vitamin d3 several times but didn't HEAR that it should be taken with fat until last night. When I took it with some butter this morning it was as if someone had flipped a switch! I was laughing at little things that just a day before had made me angry. I have taken antidepressants before and never had that much of an improvement so fast- and it lasted all day. It was wonderful. I want to live!

    I have a doctor, but I never see him except for blood work papers. Dr. E has been my sole health motivator. for several years to nearly a decade i believe.

    Dr Berg I want to thank you again with giving the info on k2! I was extremely low and taking 50k UI of D3 with not much of a D rise for a few years! Once I added k2 my labs went into normal range! I credit you for helping me get better and not the any of the docs Ive seen! Thank you! 💯

      @Lina A Dr Berg recommends the 1:1 ratio of 100 mcg K2 to 10k IU of D3! This info can still be found on his channel on vitamin K2 from 5 yrs ago!

    Another one for the doctor. I had the exact pain on my chest bone above the sternum I just realized the pain is not there because of the Vitamin D I've been taking a few weeks ago. Spot Doc, very informative. Thanks

      @Asami Ito For your information, chiropractors learn a lot about the human body and how things work; while MD's focus more on masking symptoms with medication. I'm not trying to minimize what they know; I know they learn a lot as well, however, unless you have been in a DC program for four years after undergrad, then you really can't speak on it. You know what they say about people who make assumptions...

      I simply buy the cans of cod liver. 2-3 cans a week are enough to prevent Sun burn for my white skin.

    I had no idea of the importance of vitamin k2. I've had calcification in my joints. The first thing they did for me was cortisone shots and no doctor has even mentioned k2. I'm looking forward to the outcome of increasing k2 in my diet. Hopefully it works. Thank you Dr. Berg!

    Hi Dr. Berg! I love all your videos. I was wondering if you could talk about hypervitaminosis A. Another doctor that I follow (he specializes in hair mineral analysis) is always talking about this problem and says cod liver oil is a bad idea. Are you familiar with this issue?
