Dr Berg, I was vitamin D deficient for a long time. For years I couldn’t take it because I get severe Nausea, my doctors can’t figure out why. I started taking Magnesium because I was also deficient….. then the Nausea from Vitamin D stopped. Because of you now I know they are connected. Thank you for all your research!!!!!! ❤❤❤

sometimes ( embarrassing ) A couple people told me I was yellow. Found out I had cirrhosis of the liver from eating sugar etc. All of that is clearing up. I have one for you, as I posted above, No matter the combination, Vitamin D3 even with fish/cod oil or even K2, sends my blood pressure through the roof!! GNC reps tell me it is a known phenomenon and not everyone can take D3. My naturopath and osteopath tell me the same thing and diet, sun, and nature are better than a manufactured substance. In fact, I had a GNC area rep tell me many people stop taking D3 and their BP goes way down. My naturopath did say that D3 is way over blown and can trigger imbalances.

Will it not lead to excessive calcium in bloodstream? And yes her breast reports showed areas of calcification. So taking vitamin D3 k2 is okay or not?

@@user-hn9qg5qm3oBest to have you vitamin d levels measured through a blood test. A rough estimate assuming your healthy and can absorb it easily is about 35 iu per pound so for a 185lb about roughly 6000 iu per day. I'm personally about 150lb so I take 5000 iu per day, plus 200 MG magnesium, and 100 mcg of K2. Or like what Dr Berg said your entire weekly amount at once but once a week instead of the same amount overall but spread out daily could work better. Google or research 35 iu vitamin d per pound on your own and decide.

We produce vitamin D using sunlight. We get less sunlight at higher latitudes during winter. The incidence of depression during the winter increases.
Some of the happiest places get the most sunlight.
I just heard a report about the pandemic that said Hawaii had the least number of deaths from covid per hundred thousand people, out of all the states. They get a lot of sunlight, year round.I
Also, as a side note, lifeguards and other people who work outside in direct sunlight all day can receive well over 25,000 IUs worth of sunlight per day. So any notion that you can have a toxic dose needs to be reconsidered.

I give little weight to what my physicians have to say. They suggest statins and I am at a good BMI and have normal BP and BG. They suggest the covid vax which I refuse and I haven't lost any days due infectious disease and those like the President and the close at hand Prime Minister (thug vax pushers) have had Covid repeatedly.

I can second that - this information would make an already very good video perfect. The same applies to incompatibilities, i.e. are there vitamins or minerals that one should NOT take together with Vit. D but maybe later in the day?
I know Vit. K2 was mentioned in earlier videos from Dr. Berg about Vit. D, but frankly, I do not want to watch all of those 5, 10, sometimes 15 Video about the same topic just to get all and sometimes conflicting information - conflicting because science develops and new things are researched and better understood, and so does Dr. Berg, I actually very much like that he can admit he was wrong or unprecise. But while I like this, I would much prefer to have a "one-stop-video", which has all the latest information compiled.

One thing I would add, the reason why we are so deficient is because throughout all human history, in the summer months we lived outside, going inside only to sleep and to hide from bad weather. Imagine a house without electricity and AIR CONDITIONING. So, the reason why vitamin D is the most important for us is not because it’s really the most important, but because we lack it due to modern lifestyle. If you ask what is the most important vitamin for many, many poor children in Africa and Asia, that would probably be vitamin A.

      It's actually 5😊
Vitamin D is a group of fat- soluble prohormones made up of 5 different vitamins : vitamin D1, D2, D3, D4 and D5. The two most important forms in which vitamin D can be found are vitamin D2 ( ergocalciferol ) and vitamin D3 ( cholecalciferol ), both of which have very similar biological activity. Ergocalciferol (D 2 ) is of vegetable origin, while cholecalciferol (D 3 ), deriving from cholesterol , is synthesized in animal organisms .
