As Wally West fan, I love your pitch, specially Wally and Mirror Master (who is my favorite Flash rogue by the way) dialogue, capturing the optimistic and kind personally of Wally that makes him such great hero. I just have one suggestion: Besides Iris and Linda, I would also add to Wally supporting cast the Detective Hunter Zolomon, the villain Zoom. In the comics, he and Wally were friends and ally before a fight against Grodd result in Zolomon end up injured and paralysed and his friendship with Wally is broken after Flashrefused to go back in time to stop this event, not wanting to mess with timeline. In his attempt to cure himself, Zolomon end up suffering accident that cure him, giving super-speed, becoming Zoom, with him wanting to bring tragedy to Wally's life, believing that this was the only way to make Wally a better hero, one that doesn''t let other down. This whole Zoom origin could work great as character arc in the trilogy, just like what Sam Raimi did with Harry Osborn in his Spider Man trilogy.

During the big battle, he would prevent Linda death, but the overuse of his power could cause Wally to end up in the Speed Force, being chase by Black Flash. When the villain ask how Wally did this, he could answer: "Like I said: Nobody dies!"

My issue with the Rebirth suit isn’t that it doesn’t look good. I think it looks awesome. What I don’t like is that if you put Barry and Wally next to each other in their respective suits, Barry is *The* Flash and Wally is the other Flash. I’d be okay with it if when they brought him back, they immediately had him take back over as the primary Flash so that people would associate that costume with The Flash instead of other Flash. There was even an ongoing gag around that time, where Wally’s not The Flash but he’s a Flash.
Yeah that makes sense, but you could argue the same thing about Jay Garrick and Barry and the difference in those designs. I think it’s moreso down to how the media portrays the Flashes than anything else

I think he is the perfect choice he looks like barry and all the characters he has played in his recent films have the qualities barry has as a person and he is young enough and not well known enough to be one of the main characters of a movie franchise

This is good! 👍 Though, there are three things that I would change. Those things I would change are: A) Evan McCulloch starts off as a new hero, and when the public continue to hate him and criticise him for being a hero, he becomes the new Mirror Master. Then, about 10-20 minutes later (in real time) the final battle takes place. B) Develop Wally West's life outside being The Flash more. C) Have it take more than just a wrench for Wally to shut down the machine.
Personally, I think the movie should still be released. I don’t believe a digital replacement would be necessary. I have the same feeling about Spider-Man Lotus. The actions of A couple of people shouldn’t ruin some thing for everyone. Hundreds of people still worked on these films, people who just wanna make a really enjoyable project for others to watch. Their work shouldn’t be discarded because of a couple of people.

There is one problem with your Spider-Man analogy and it’s that the flash isn’t synonymous with Ezra Miller, if anything he’s synonymous with Grant Gusten, and as far as I know people still love flash, but hate Ezra Miller so your analogy doesn’t make much sense. On the story you can’t show Wally’s relationship with Barry because Barry can’t be in the movie unless you recast, but then you might as well just make it it about Barry or Barry and Wally. It’s like if you made a movie about miles, but had scenes with a recasted peter training him.
i think if they keep the movie how it is currently the closest thing they could do to save it, and the best way to recast the flash and actually make it make sense is for them to film and add in one final scene at the end of the movie. ezra millers flash is celebrating whatever victory they get, he sees iris and goes to her but before they get there a portal of lightning appears and another flash runs out, yellow lightning surrounding the area. ezra’s flash looks over before the new flash stops, in a stance ready to fight before he screams out, angry “stay away from her!” and ezra’s flash gives and evil smile “so you finally got out… i wondered how long it would take you” then starts running, a yellow flash suit starting to appear around him right before he grabs iris and runs off. the new flash runs off screaming “THAWNE” and boom. ezra has been thawne this whole time and captured the original barry allen and trapped him in some sort of time prison… a point paradox even… and they went back to when batman found the original and took over his life. boom bop bam ezra is a bad guy in and out of film, we have a new barry allen, and in future movies if we want thawne back we could use a different actor and give some excuse that all the timey wimey stuff has changes who he is and some of his family tree but he is still the same person

I’ve been a fan of Wally West and the Flash, I’m glad that you’re version has Flash become a legacy character through Wally instead of using Barry and stealing Wally’s stuff for him. Mirror Master was always a character I hoped to have a main villain and not always another speedster like the Reverse Flash immediately. So I lowkey appreciate the aspects and appropriation of these idea for the film. And thank you! You explained perfectly on why making Barry Wally or Bart is just wrong on so many levels in favor for Wally. I hope the new DCEU realize that and just use Wally and make a unique story instead of trying to cope him out just to do that with Barry. Barry Allen isn’t really the Flash. Flash is a legacy character taken by many people other than Barry. So after spending 10 years of live action with Barry on the CW, I think it’d be a cool and wise move to make the new decade around Wally instead of Barry again.
honestly, if there's ANY superhero where you can find a way to conveniently write out the POS actor who initially played him, it's the Flash. Flash is constantly rewriting continuity in his own books anyway. Just have have a cold open that implies Flash got into some time travelly bullshit off screen.

Noticed Nightwing and Wally figures hanging out in the studio and that was pretty good. I don’t think it matters that the pitch is similar to Spider-Verse cause in Blitz everyone got mind wiped into forgetting Wally was the Flash so that’s a fair trade. Keep it up!

Zoom doesn’t have super speed, he can control his own timeline giving the illusion of super speed, he’s out of sync with time.

I think the best option to replace ezra as barry allen is lucas till. I think he is the perfect choice he looks like barry and all the characters he has played in his recent films have the qualities barry has as a person and he is young enough and not well known enough to be one of the main characters of a movie franchise

If you really need an explanation for Captain Boomerang you can just say that the glowing boomerangs he had during "The Suicide Squad" were made of Nth Metal in which in the comics gives a lot of superpowers including coming back from the dead

Though, there are three things that I would change.
Those things I would change are:
A) Evan McCulloch starts off as a new hero, and when the public continue to hate him and criticise him for being a hero, he becomes the new Mirror Master. Then, about 10-20 minutes later (in real time) the final battle takes place.
B) Develop Wally West's life outside being The Flash more.
C) Have it take more than just a wrench for Wally to shut down the machine.
Personally, I think the movie should still be released. I don’t believe a digital replacement would be necessary. I have the same feeling about Spider-Man Lotus. The actions of A couple of people shouldn’t ruin some thing for everyone. Hundreds of people still worked on these films, people who just wanna make a really enjoyable project for others to watch. Their work shouldn’t be discarded because of a couple of people.

Ezra did start to grow on me though if I was given a Choice over them or Grant Gustin I would choose grant gustin instantly no hesitation no second thoughts and I feel like this story would be better in a 2nd saga after they defeat darkseid not after justice league

There is one problem with your Spider-Man analogy and it’s that the flash isn’t synonymous with Ezra Miller, if anything he’s synonymous with Grant Gusten, and as far as I know people still love flash, but hate Ezra Miller so your analogy doesn’t make much sense. On the story you can’t show Wally’s relationship with Barry because Barry can’t be in the movie unless you recast, but then you might as well just make it it about Barry or Barry and Wally. It’s like if you made a movie about miles, but had scenes with a recasted peter training him.
Ezra just woke up and chose violence, but only for the state of Hawaii. 💀
I would either would have Sam Claflin or Lucas Till recasted as Barry Allen.
i think if they keep the movie how it is currently the closest thing they could do to save it, and the best way to recast the flash and actually make it make sense is for them to film and add in one final scene at the end of the movie. ezra millers flash is celebrating whatever victory they get, he sees iris and goes to her but before they get there a portal of lightning appears and another flash runs out, yellow lightning surrounding the area. ezra’s flash looks over before the new flash stops, in a stance ready to fight before he screams out, angry “stay away from her!” and ezra’s flash gives and evil smile “so you finally got out… i wondered how long it would take you” then starts running, a yellow flash suit starting to appear around him right before he grabs iris and runs off. the new flash runs off screaming “THAWNE” and boom. ezra has been thawne this whole time and captured the original barry allen and trapped him in some sort of time prison… a point paradox even… and they went back to when batman found the original and took over his life. boom bop bam ezra is a bad guy in and out of film, we have a new barry allen, and in future movies if we want thawne back we could use a different actor and give some excuse that all the timey wimey stuff has changes who he is and some of his family tree but he is still the same person

This movie looks gold. I’ve been a fan of Wally West and the Flash, I’m glad that you’re version has Flash become a legacy character through Wally instead of using Barry and stealing Wally’s stuff for him. Mirror Master was always a character I hoped to have a main villain and not always another speedster like the Reverse Flash immediately. So I lowkey appreciate the aspects and appropriation of these idea for the film. And thank you! You explained perfectly on why making Barry Wally or Bart is just wrong on so many levels in favor for Wally. I hope the new DCEU realize that and just use Wally and make a unique story instead of trying to cope him out just to do that with Barry. Barry Allen isn’t really the Flash. Flash is a legacy character taken by many people other than Barry. So after spending 10 years of live action with Barry on the CW, I think it’d be a cool and wise move to make the new decade around Wally instead of Barry again.
honestly, if there's ANY superhero where you can find a way to conveniently write out the POS actor who initially played him, it's the Flash.
Flash is constantly rewriting continuity in his own books anyway. Just have have a cold open that implies Flash got into some time travelly bullshit off screen.

Love this prewrite!!!! Love the inclusion of Mirror Master and I genuinely think he’s one of the best antagonists you have. Noticed Nightwing and Wally figures hanging out in the studio and that was pretty good. I don’t think it matters that the pitch is similar to Spider-Verse cause in Blitz everyone got mind wiped into forgetting Wally was the Flash so that’s a fair trade. Keep it up!

I dislike how the Barry Allen was retcon to have a dead mom in his origin. I dislike Flashpoint and it’s overall storyline. Honestly, I would rather have the film star Wally West instead of Barry Allen. At least Wally has a better life than Barry given his family grounding him.
Your prewrites & rewrites are always a blast to watch, and I guess "satisfying" (?) As WB & DC continue to f things up officially.
