I was having trouble following along because you're so fast & I haven't had my coffee yet, then I remembered a suggestion in one of your videos to change the playback to 1.25, what a difference! The slower pace was perfect for me & I worked through 1/2 of the breaks because those were longer. You're awesome. I used to workout with you all the time on a different platform! I'm so happy that I found you again! I love your energy & enthusiasm!
Loved this workout, it's a different feel as Rachel stated. I also completed the Abs and Glutes earlier, I was feeling so pumped that I decided to do this workout, and I'm Glad I did...I must say I'm just feeling great, with running 2 -3 times a week, along with these workouts. Received my loop bands now to work on my pull-ups, Appreciate the 12-week w/o plan you sent for the pull-up...now to work on that goal😉...Have an awesome week💪💯✌

I love love love all your strength, ab, cardio, and HIIT workouts but recently have gotten a really bad case of the plantar fasciitis that’s kept me from regularly hitting the workouts (can only do 2 days a week sometimes because of the pain). Do you have any suggestions of which NML workouts or workout series would be good for foot injuries like this one that has less jumping?

Would this workout be safe for someone in their second trimester? I did all of your second trimester playlist workouts a few times and am looking for some variety.
Is it okay to split these into 15 minute sessions? I get half way through some of your videos and I feel like I can't keep form and need a little bit more of a break than 20 seconds or even a minute
these seem kind of useless because they are way too tight and it's really just flailing around. pulling on them with your hands when they are on your feet isn't that great, and when they are wrapped around the legs the movement is too restricted and you have to bounce back in too soon. could do better if they were a little longer and more giving.
