Day 10/30. We have completed the first third. Congratulations to all! Today's video was definitely different from all the others before. It also feels good to do something completely different. I usually have my favorite videos that I do over and over again. This challenge is definitely getting me out of my comfort zone.
I feel like I just got a massage now that the routine is over! Warmth, fresh blood flow, lightness where usually tight. What a lovely tapas practice! Thank you!
You are by far my favourite online yoga instructor. This is one of my favourite classes. Hit all the spots that I look for yoga class. Looking forward to more 30 minute classes I think the only yoga teacher in my life that I haven’t got frustrated with.😂

My upper back shoulder area really needed an ease out after yesterday. I hope that means my strength is improving. That practise was exactly what I needed. Thankyou
Sitting at the end I suddenly felt my shoulders had been working when I thought it would only be my thighs and knees! Well done Paula. You continue to surprise and my ageing body thanks you….. probably 😊
