I haven't done a practice a day consistently over these 30 days but am excited to continue exploring this rich collection of practices you've created for us at my own pace (and indefinitely!)
Injured from IT band syndrome 3 weeks prior to my first full marathon. Very sad and worried but am trying to focus on relieving tension in my fatigued legs. A big fan of your beautiful, complete sessions for the past 5 years (since postpartum) and thank you as always for letting me feel better! Sending my love from Seoul, Korea.

I just did this flow instead of day 24 (it felt perfect after a lower body workout yesterday) and I really enjoyed the difficulty level of this one. Usually I'm always for discovering new poses, new strength etc, but this one somehow made me slow down. Great flow, as always 🙏

Did my first hike climbing over 1200ft (about 360m) and returned to this practice afterwards. My hips are so happy. Thank you Paula!
