As a beginner workout-er (LOL), I greatly appreciate that everyone was being transparent with each other through conversation while performing a beginner, an intermediate & advanced versions of the exercises shown in the video. It truly shows the reality that we’re all going through different workout journeys, and that it’s okay to say that one’s journey is difficult. Ultimately showcases the humaneness and authenticity that not a lot of workout trainers show in their videos!

@@sayraventura2435 I ended up getting sick and have been quarantined for the last 7 days so it's thrown things off. I've done some light yoga but fatigue was a problem. I was definitely starting to see some progress when I first started and I'm getting back into the swing of it today. BTW, I was never deemed as COVID positive, I had minimal symptoms, but due to me working in healthcare, they did not want to take any chances. Who's here to reach their body goals during quarantine? :D Let's do it, guys! EDIT: Lost a bit of weight (3.8 lbs) and going down more. WE CAN DO IT, GUYS! ;D 2nd EDIT: Lost a bit more weight (2.6 lbs), totalling to 6.4 lbs so far. It's a MARATHON, not a sprint! 3rd Edit: 16 lbs down! 4th Edit: Hit a bit of a plateau for a couple of weeks, but I'm starting to lose a bit of weight again. 17.2 lbs down! 😁 5th Edit: 20 lbs down! :D It's hard work, but I'm going slow and steady. I started 12 - hr night shifts, so it's been hard to balance work and self-care. 6th Edit: 22 lbs down! :) I find that it's a bit harder to lose weight, not sure if I'm losing fat and gaining muscle. Hit a bit of a plateau, but I'm going to keep going and try eating healthier. 7th Edit: 12 lbs down! It's been a minute since I posted. Lots of ups and downs and stress over the past couple of months, but still determined to get healthy. Gained a bit of weight, but a lot of people have been commenting that I look slimmer (maybe I gained some muscle too). Never give up all. It's a MARATHON, NOT A SPRINT! 8th Edit: It's currently 2022. I have started intermittent fasting and a low carb diet. I've been doing mostly cardio, and low intensity workouts recently. Lots of up and down with my weight, but recently I've found my groove and am back at around 22 lbs weight loss. Never give up y'all. People have commented saying I look slimmer, or that my skin and hair look better. Focusing on my inner health and reaping additional benefits! 🥰 9th EDIT: It's 2024 y'all! Lots of life and unexpected stresses have happened, and also a lot of good things too. I'm at at 29 lbs weight loss overall since I started. Realized that I was experiencing insulin resistance and made some changes healthwise to break another plateau. Never give up! ❤
This whole video was so easy to follow along and had such a great variety of moves. I loved that they actually took water breaks and didn't cut it out of the video. Other workout videos do that and it's so annoying to have to pause the video each time just so it doesn't go on without you. I felt like I was truly in a class. She's a great teacher. Also her Brittne Babe's bod is AMAZING. Like, wow those legs and that waist!

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
With the whole situation going on, it’s easy to not be active but I will be following this for as long as I can and I will try and update as often as possible. Wish me luck
I am a kid and I love doing workouts so when I found this I just fell in love. It was a bit difficult but you guys told me not to give up. When I grow up I want to be a designer and so far I am loving your outfits.

This is really nice. I don't divide my body up into days like some people do with their workouts so it's nice to have something all inclusive that only takes 30 minutes.💪😘
I personally prefer to do that so I could get more exercises in in a certain area of the body. However if I don't feel like doing that, this is good for me to do every other day.

I have scoliosis too and when I started doing this months ago I could only do the modified but now I can do some of the advanced. No excuses, just consistency! 💖
I just recovered from an eating disorder and am trying to get back in shape but in a HEALTHY way. I loved this workout. It really challenged me to engage every part of my body. I’m a kid and I pulled through it I am ate just about turning nine and you guys are so fun that I never started working out and I found you guys and ever since then I have work out like crazy
I remember before the quarantine happened I was starting to work out at the gym and getting it together but now I have lost motivation. On the bright side I been drinking teas so I haven’t really gained much and I’m able to control my weight but thanks to this video I have a boost of motivation and I’m going to try and do this daily. first day: it was painful especially the core. i didn't sweat a lot because i naturally don't sweat much but my body feels good. it was a little uncomfortable but i think i can do this every other day. i will update on results. day 2: today I felt tight and a little bit more toned. I didn't think that it would come that fast but today was a little harder because my muscles were really tight and tense. also today I feel like I was getting more of a burn out of it than the first day. day 3: it's been about two days since I've done it, if feels somewhat like the first day. I'm not as sore and I feel like my body is starting to get more toned like it was the second day. day 4: So today I was sweating a lot, it felt a lot more harder to do than the first day. I feel like I got a good workout in. I've noticed that my legs have gotten more toned, my butt Is kind of becoming more round and just being bigger overall. This summer I didn't have much of anything because during corona, I lost a lot of muscle (which made my butt look so much smaller). Now that I've done this work out continuously for four days now I feel like it's going back to the way used to look which is really good. day 5: So it's been two days again since I've done the work out but I feel like the exercise is getting maybe a tad bit easier and more comfortable. I feel like my thighs getting a lot stronger and toned. My butt is getting bigger too, I don't know if that's a good thing this is a result you want. my stomach is now becoming abs day 6:
I love how this workout encourages you to go at your own pace. There's no pressure to look a certain way or be at par with someone's journey. It's intense yet slow enough to manage and endure through. I enjoyed it.

Mendina yes I did see. My body was sore after the workout especially my abs, so I knew it was a good workout to challenge my body and burn the fat. My average weight before pregnancy was 59-63. I was 67kg when I gave birth. Gained more weight post pregnancy. I was 74 kg about 3 months ago, no idea how I came down to 68kg, the only change I made was cutting my sugar in coffee from 6 sugars to 2 ( don’t ask me why, I was just so used to very sweet coffee since young age, within a week a decreased my coffee sugar intake to 2 sugar and my tongue got used to it straight away). After I did this workout 2 times in a week, I went down to 67. Had I continued this workout I will probably be 65 kg now but I did not continue as I am waiting for ultrasound as I’ve been having abdominal pain. Trust me this workout is really good and challenging! U will definitely get results. If you are skeptical about it, do this routine twice a week and alternate with another routine twice a week. (Work our 4 times per week). You can start 2 times a week and increase until your body is used to the activity. Also try drinking green tea/ oolong tea 1/2-1 he after every meal 3times a day, will increase metabolism and help your body and digestive system feel clean and flushed from toxins, encouraging your body to accept healthier foods. Love Brittne's workouts! Unlike other instructors who make you feel bad for not going as fast she wants you to make sure you're doing it right which means greater gain in the long run.

Yes!! This is what I needed. I went to work at 6:45 am, and planned on working out today. But I didn't know if I wanted to do cardio or some sort of strength training. This is exactly what I needed! I'll probably do a 10 minute arm workout after. Edit: I decided to do this whole thing twice through, and I loved it. I was so sweaty by the end.

I love this workout! It’s tough and my obliques are already feeling it just having completed it. I like how Brittany focuses on slower more methodical movements targeting form over reps. It’s a way more efficient workout than most I’ve tried on pop sugar. Some trainers go so fast, it’s impossible to keep up as a beginner. Not that this workout is geared for beginners. I’m a hobby triathlete so I spend all my workout time swimming running and cycling. This is a good workout to incorporate for core, hips and shoulder strength. And thank you for incorporating a good stretch and cool down into circuit 3. So many of these workouts have you going 99 mph and then end with 5 secs on 2 stretches each . I sweated hard and was breathing hard. This is on my fav list to do many more times!!

This is really nice. I don't divide my body up into days like some people do with their workouts so it's nice to have something all inclusive that only takes 30 minutes.💪😘

I personally prefer to do that so I could get more exercises in in a certain area of the body. However if I don't feel like doing that, this is good for me to do every other day.

I have scoliosis too and when I started doing this months ago I could only do the modified but now I can do some of the advanced. No excuses, just consistency! 💖
I just recovered from an eating disorder and am trying to get back in shape but in a HEALTHY way. I loved this workout. It really challenged me to engage every part of my body. I usually can do the advance poses for core but half of these I just had to modify. Good luck to anyone who wants to try it, YOU GOT IT👍

I remember before the quarantine happened I was starting to work out at the gym and getting it together but now I have lost motivation. On the bright side I been drinking teas so I haven’t really gained much and I’m able to control my weight but thanks to this video I have a boost of motivation and I’m going to try and do this daily. Hope everyone stays motivated during these times we got this y’all !!

first day: it was painful especially the core. i didn't sweat a lot because i naturally don't sweat much but my body feels good. it was a little uncomfortable but i think i can do this every other day. i will update on results.
day 2: today I felt tight and a little bit more toned. I didn't think that it would come that fast but today was a little harder because my muscles were really tight and tense. also today I feel like I was getting more of a burn out of it than the first day.
day 3: it's been about two days since I've done it, if feels somewhat like the first day. I'm not as sore and I feel like my body is starting to get more toned like it was the second day.
day 4: So today I was sweating a lot, it felt a lot more harder to do than the first day. I feel like I got a good workout in. I've noticed that my legs have gotten more toned, my butt Is kind of becoming more round and just being bigger overall. This summer I didn't have much of anything because during corona, I lost a lot of muscle (which made my butt look so much smaller). Now that I've done this work out continuously for four days now I feel like it's going back to the way used to look which is really good.
day 5: So it's been two days again since I've done the work out but I feel like the exercise is getting maybe a tad bit easier and more comfortable. I feel like my thighs getting a lot stronger and toned. My butt is getting bigger too, I don't know if that's a good thing this is a result you want. my stomach is now becoming abs

I love how this workout encourages you to go at your own pace. There's no pressure to look a certain way or be at par with someone's journey. It's intense yet slow enough to manage and endure through. I enjoyed it.

Mendina yes I did see. My body was sore after the workout especially my abs, so I knew it was a good workout to challenge my body and burn the fat. My average weight before pregnancy was 59-63. I was 67kg when I gave birth. Gained more weight post pregnancy. I was 74 kg about 3 months ago, no idea how I came down to 68kg, the only change I made was cutting my sugar in coffee from 6 sugars to 2 ( don’t ask me why, I was just so used to very sweet coffee since young age, within a week a decreased my coffee sugar intake to 2 sugar and my tongue got used to it straight away). After I did this workout 2 times in a week, I went down to 67. Had I continued this workout I will probably be 65 kg now but I did not continue as I am waiting for ultrasound as I’ve been having abdominal pain. Trust me this workout is really good and challenging! U will definitely get results. If you are skeptical about it, do this routine twice a week and alternate with another routine twice a week. (Work our 4 times per week). You can start 2 times a week and increase until your body is used to the activity. Also try drinking green tea/ oolong tea 1/2-1 he after every meal 3times a day, will increase metabolism and help your body and digestive system feel clean and flushed from toxins, encouraging your body to accept healthier foods. I was bored and this happened to pop up lol you could never tell she had scoliosis. I was surprised how fast the 30 minutes flew by, maybe it was because of how good an instructor she was. this workout wasn’t too extreme but was still challenging. thumbs up from me 😎!!

This has been one of my main workout videos since January, and I loooovveee it. I feel challenged and yet I don’t completely feel like I suck at these exercises at the same time. “Babe” is now my favorite term of endearment coming from a trainer hahaha ❤️ def recommend

Yes!! This is what I needed. I went to work at 6:45 am, and planned on working out today. But I didn't know if I wanted to do cardio or some sort of strength training. This is exactly what I needed! I'll probably do a 10 minute arm workout after. Edit: I decided to do this whole thing twice through, and I loved it. I was so sweaty by the end.

I love this workout! It’s tough and my obliques are already feeling it just having completed it. I like how Brittany focuses on slower more methodical movements targeting form over reps. It’s a way more efficient workout than most I’ve tried on pop sugar. Some trainers go so fast, it’s impossible to keep up as a beginner. Not that this workout is geared for beginners. I’m a hobby triathlete so I spend all my workout time swimming running and cycling. This is a good workout to incorporate for core, hips and shoulder strength. And thank you for incorporating a good stretch and cool down into circuit 3. So many of these workouts have you going 99 mph and then end with 5 secs on 2 stretches each . I sweated hard and was breathing hard. This is on my fav list to do many more times!!
