    Can I understand your thoughts on aiming for a neutral back in the starting position? Much of the time as the lift begins my upper back begins to round and the lift is slow off the floor. However, if I start with thoracic rounding, I'm able to mitigate this issue and the lift is more smooth. Thoughts?

      Had this issue before, it means somewhere or something is wrong with your setup. Anything that rounds/move out of position when the lift begins is usually a sign that your body is trying to compensate for that mistake. Unless you're a professional like Konstantin, the general way is to keep a neutral back as this allows for proper bracing & execution

      @@DavidBlained Nah thoracic rounding isn't bad as long as it isn't sever, when they're referring to a neutral back they're referring to the lower back mostly. They mentioned this in another video I believe
