    Thanks. Golden info. Grip is something ignored by most tutorials done by big youtube channels - it's crazy.
    I struggled with bench for years due to wrong grip which forced the elbows to tuck in instead of flare out during the concentric. Glad you guys talked about it. You guys deserve more subs.
