I connected with embracing the tree today! 1987 is a special year for me, I learned to seriously meditate and changed my life. I met so many incredible people in the next few years among them was Mantak Chia. He is such a down to earth man and his wife, also. I took his workshop at the school where I was studying Tai Chi. I've been interested in visiting his Dark Room in Thailand. Have you stayed there? Total darkness for 5 days? Enjoying your channel very much. I'm 69 yrs , yes these days of isolation lend themselves to practicing! Thanks Everyone for sharing.
Lee you're absolutely awesome. 2 Weeks ago i see a old Video of you a 20 Minutes Daily Qi Gong Routine. I practice this Routine everyday and i feel so great ! Thank you for your great Work. Much Love, much Thanks and a lot of light, healing and positive Vibes to you from Croatia 🙏🏼
This took me back to 1970 when I first ran into QiGong and Tai chi Chuan, I had read that a coniferous pine tree radiated energy that could be acquired so I decided to experiment with both the posture without and with a tree so I could see if there was any difference for a period of 25 minutes each, in a nearby forest preserve. By integrating visualization meditation and breathing techniques the experiment created a profound experience and convinced me to deepen my knowledge in bio-energy (Chi/Qi/Ki) and even now the journey continues deeper into understanding the mind-body dynamic. It also taught me to start small and expand outward from that point. What a Deja Vu moment this was. Thanks for posting this.
I know this is 3 years old but you have ever tried to use your Chi/Qi/Ki to manipulate other energy? Like Aerokinesis or any other Psychokinetic abilities?
Tnx Master Lee its very comprehensive. I started to practice basic taiji when I was 50 yo. Back then, when I was in my teen age I practiced both BuTong style kungfu and ShaoLin style kungfu intensively until in my college years. This year 2024 I started to practice both JiGong 4 times a week and Taiji 2 times a week. Now I am 70 yo. Keep up the spirit! 👌💪🫰❣️👍😄
hi Lee I practice the 10 minute in the morning every day 5-6 times a week and am very satisfied, but my work as a driver has been a long time sit thank U I wish to god that gives you everything U need ++++ regards from Germany
In good Qi! After I practice 30 min of qi gong exercise everyday I exercise movements. This posture became an unforgettable first experience when I could release qi to comedown.. Master Lee Holden respects from İstanbul 🙏🏻
Very timely! I will be remembering this one - I have a congenital twist in my spine and sometimes, despite all my efforts to relax the area with yoga and other stretching, I still have tension in my lower back, shoulders, and neck. Like I woke up with this morning, and that always puts me into a bad mood.
Can I just say you are extremely interesting , I love a good stories, it's a great way to connect with people. Your wife is a very lucky lady :) I am in the field of energy work as well.
Thank you!!! Love the story!! I will try this today. I feel I have a lot of “stagnation” in my energy. Lately with all the covid stress in daily life and work (I’m a nurse) my nerves tingle at times and my four extremities feel weak though they aren’t. I have fibromyalgia so this is common but to me all illness (some injury) is energy based...emotional mental spiritual. I’m new to this but hoping to learn more!! ❤️
Do you have a QiGong protocol for strengthening the Vagus Nerve ? I am a Qigong newbie but loving it. Thank you for all of your teachings. You have such a relaxing and easy to understand way about you🙏.
I'm guessing that all of Qigong, if the inward meditative aspects are focused upon, will strengthen the vagus nerve by placing us in rest and relaxation more and more completely and often. But it will be interesting to see what Lee Holden responds! It's a great question.
I practise in 10 year everything from qigong till yoga and pilates. Even karate. But last 10 year practise nothing. I bought all your dvd but still I didnt have courage and inspiration to start. Wished to start by practise. Im like blocked inside.
I’m 70 years old. Isolated a bit because of coronavirus. I am embracing the tree today. Thanks
We are all connected.times will get better😀have a great day!
Wow, I love these serendipity stories! You were meant to do this, I am grateful to be one of your students. Much love to you and yours!

Good story, I left Berkeley in 95 and had my first Qi Gong with 9 breathe practice in LA in late 200x. Olaf Hartmann was my teacher.
