Thanks Nick - this is a lovely routine - simple, calming, warming…❤❤
spent 16 yrs in asia around many seniors and imagined them being stuck in a situation like you are in in this vid,,,,,,but a life or death situation,,,theyd do the qi gong first for clarity and maybe keep doing it until they had a solution or help arrived
That’s a great way to think about it! We tend to wait till life is chill to make time for practice, but practice is most helpful in the chaos!
What I love about the body shake is that it takes you back to your childhood! If you add a sound to it or just open your mouth and let the sun come out like a little kid you can imagine you’re being shaken up and down like a cup and put you in a very good frame of mind
Thank you. This is beautiful, peaceful and calms mind, body and soul.
Nick, I love how you speak about "knocking on the door" giving us enough energy to do the qigong. That's the truth! Also, when you announce where we are like "in our second to last exercise " because it allows me to relax more. Great video! ❤
I absolutely love this as a warm up, your calm voice and the beautiful music is a pleasure to listen to, and it works.
Thank you, this was my very first qigong experience. I will continue to practice 😊
Hello Niick, want you to know, you arevery much appreciated, I love your classes, have recomended you too lots of peeps, please keep up your great work ,sending blessings to you and your family...
Thanks so much! Really appreciate it 🙏🏼
I enjoyed the lovely music. It helped me to relax and slow my pace. It reminded me to let my body ‘flow’ with the movements.
Thank you Nick, love the music and scenery. Really appreciate what you do and so fortunate to have found you!☺️
I could live without the loud music so I could hear your beautiful calm voice.
I just stubled upon this. Love it! I am new to Qigong, I went to my second class today. Just what I needed. Thank you
Thank you that was absolutely beautiful the whole routine the music and everything what a blessing you are
Thank you so much, Nick, for all of your offerings.
Thank you very much! Lovely way to start the day
thank you so much for this amazing routine. I do it almost everyday. I love how it relaxes me and you are so soothing too :) appreciate you👼😄
It’s amazing what you and this practice does to me , I start releasing emotions of sadness, so I cry , then I feel happy so I smile . I combine this excessive with some grounding too sometimes . It’s amazing. I thank you for your time and practice to help others.
Thank you Nick 🙏 blessings to you an your family
More videos with your voice AND WITH the music please🎉
You got it ;)

Thank you, very good for me ❤️🍃☀️
I'm in my 60's and these exercises look very fitting for me. I feel so relaxed just watching you doing the movements, to the point that at times I forget to do the movements myself. ;^). love it and thank you!

Thank you loved your way of teaching. Soothing voice.
Love the scenery and the very dramatic music! Very Jurassic.
Very, very well presented and useful! I started Chi Kung 1 month ago and practice first thing in the morning and then when I get home from work in the evening. I can incorporate this into my practice..Thank you.
Nick, thank you for sharing your gift for teaching qigong. Your approach is gentle and thoughtful -- from your voice, to the beauty of places and music that inspires and calms. Blessings to you.
Wonderful Nick....You have certainly chosen the most essentiel Exercices in Qigong !❤
Yes; what a lovely setting - doing this at the opposite season in time - August - every day for a while.
Oooh I love the snow scenery and the music is beautiful! I cannot wait to share this with the so many people who I see everyday at work that NEED it!❤☯
Thank you!😊
Simple and effective, Bouncing is 👌🏼
Thanks for great teaching. You are a fine instructor. This helped me a lot.
Simple and beautiful! Thank you!
Another wonderful qigong practice. Thank you Nick. It's really helpful to have these shorter sessions to create wellness breaks during the day, which is especially important when you're sitting and working on screen.
Lovely. Thank you.
Thank you for this!
Thank you Nick great choices 🙏
Another great practice Nick. I love how you put so many practices together. I am making my way through most of them and lots are on repeat based on specific areas of presumed need. Interesting, I am not sure I would have noticed the music but others have remarked on it so I was aware it. A a little overpowering perhaps although it matches the majestic mountains behind and perhaps the intent of the practice. Thanks so much for all of these.
I agree that the music was a little too loud but I loved the exercises and the beautiful surroundings
The music felt a bit loud. Beyond that, these are great movements. I am so glad to find this here! Thank you.
A nice little set for us. And simple. Perhaps I can even remember this one ! I will add zhan zhuang too, I think. Although it would be more than 5.
Another shopping spree for winter clothing. ;>))) Ah well, I know the tropics beckon.
Thank you so much , Nick. And now for my knees...............
I was expecting the snow to melt around you in a 12' radius. Keep practicing.
Thank you! I'm going to add these into my yoga class tomorrow, I know they'll love it : ) Namaste🙏
Thank you so much. Greatly appreciated.
Brilliant just what I needed😮. I love the music you played here. I am a musician so sounds, music, speak to my body and mind quite strongly. Thank you, Nick for providing this. You have been my most favourite Qi Gong teacher on the Internet. The slow movements relax my mind and body.
Glad you enjoyed it! People always seem to either love or hate the music so I use it sparingly 😅
Love your class, love the music🥰. Would you be willing to share the name of the different pieces of music with us? I'd so like to hear the full version of each of them 😇
Yes please
Yup, been doing this one some mornings and it's real nice. :)
I feel in love with this practice and grateful for you sharing it. So many wonderful qigong videos you bring us and the landscape is also a wonder💜🙏
Omg this felt so good. The subtle realm told me to try this and it’s so relaxing ❤
Thanks so much. This is something I can do in the mornings before heading off to work. And possibly during the day too.
So wonderful. Thank you 🙏
Merci Frère ! Blessing.

Love the routines and beautiful music. Can you share the name of this music
People keep asking for that - I’ll have to dig it up! I download my youtube track licenses from epidemicsound.com if that helps
First time watching this channel. Nice powerful & wonderful effects on body & mind + short & too the point. Read through the coments & wondering why he doesn't want to say the name or artist of the music playing....
thank you for this excellent exercise . good qi and amazing karma
Yes they a few of my favourites, thanks for the 10min routine I can pass onto friends to try out. To get them hooked as I am.
Can you share your music too? Who the artist of that great music.
Thank you so much
Ah great stuff, Nick san. A 10 minute gem that no-one can claim not to have the time for! Fabulous background and music, too. Brilliant work as aye, ma' friend... 👏👏👏
Beauty again Nick - thanks again!
Thank you
Pretty spot!
Wonderful. Thank you!
Nick, I was wondering if you could recommend a 'companion book' for the Qigong practice? Perhaps, something with easy reference to both breath (breathwork) and movement. But also, would love to purchase a book on origin and history. Your suggestions are most valued! Thank you in advance 🙏❤🧍♀️
For sure, my favorite book on Qigong is definitely “The Way of Qigong” by Ken Cohen.
Thanks for this Nick! What’s the name of the 4th exercise?
Thanks!
Thank you!
You’re right about it being hard to just do it!
Hope these concise ones make it easier! 😎 Thanks so much for the tip!
Thank you!
Danke
You’re welcome!
Such a beautiful practice, so relaxing like a meditation but even better. Thank you as always.
Am I the only one who cried it like a missed home I am a very sensitive soul it like I missed heaven.
Amazing❤
Tkank You😊
These are all very easy exercises. A good way to maintain some activity. These are of particular benefit for a person undergoing convalences, for someone recuperating from an injury or an illness. Or just for an elderly person who has been sedentary for too long. Easy does it. For maximum benefit practice at the same time every day, for a minimum of three weeks in a row. Good habits require about three months, or a hundred days, to develop grooves in the neural pathways. With perseverance and committment training becomes second nature. Find like minded individualls and practice together. Join an existing group or start your own. Don't give up on yourself. The benfits we can accrue are worth all of our efforts.
Good luck with it.

All great advice!
It should includes Steelman Qigong-the best of the best in healing and long term health
When i do "knocking on a door of life" I feel like my spine is getting longer
I like the music
In the snow ......❤
Can anyone please tell me the name of the fourth form in this sequence? The one that interlaces the fingers? Thank you! 🙏
When I do the last 4th and 5th exercise, I feel a discomfort on my abdomen internally, like when I breath to expand it, it feels uncomfortable with a bit of pain so I can't concentrate...why and what to do?
I used to do this body shake exercise while waiting for the bus on a cold winter day it really does keep you warm! I may have a look funny to the other Computers waiting but I wasn’t pacing back-and-forth frustrated and cold like they were! L O L
Good selection of exercises, but the background music is way to loud. They drown the voice.
Por favor, traducir en español!
Are your legs slightly bent or straight?
Usually slightly bent.
I think volume of music was too high and competing with your voice .
Otherwise a great video with simple and easy to do exercises.
Came here for the view, stayed for the Qiqong 🙏

Get rid of the music! YOU ARE WONDERFULLY ENOUGH FOR ME! Prefer the gentle string music at a lower volume.❤
The background music is overwhelming and not enjoyable.
❤🙏
🤩🤩🤩
🙋♂️
The music is distracting and not helpful for me.
I love it.
I love it too
I came here to write the same comment.
The music is louder than his explanation and instructions! 😮
PUT you own music then but up and do the Moves ❤️🔥🧘♂️
Shhh just move
Thank you
