it really works. i been doing it after a week, i can't see the different yet but i can feel my lower teeth slowly move backward so i can bite normally with my front teeth, if you want to try it please do it slowly but usually, once per-day and please don't do it too often.. my jaw hurt so much after that remember nothing is instant, even surgery take times for the recovery, it's better than doing nothing, i can feel my insecurity slowly fades after feeling the result, goodluck guys
My orthodontist said I had an underbite. I was also having bad jaw alignment and headaches. I have been doing these exercises for a couple of weeks. My jaw alignment is a lot better, and I have much fewer headaches. I will keep doing these exercises and seeing the improvements!
@@nanahs85 My underbite is partially caused by my teeth shifting. I am now in aligners. However, I will keep doing the exercises because they strengthen the muscles to keep my jaw aligned correctly. Edit: I forgot to add that nail-biting can also cause the teeth to shift, so I will stop biting my nails so my teeth will stay in place.

Doing this facial exercise does work. It worked for me but don't overdo this exercise cause it will loosen your masseter muscle and TMJ causing a jaw dislocation and making your face uneven Note: I learned this the hard way and regret it Note: to all of you who are insecure about the way your face look just remember someone got it worse
@@hooh1749 yes if you're doing this exercise you'll see progress in about 2 weeks just be consistent with it but like I stated don't over do it or your masseter muscle will loosen and because the masseter is the muscle that's hold your jaw together if one side of the masseter on your face snap then your jaw will be left hanging.

@@shantanu_sarafbro for me that's not possible. Don't close your mouth totally, leave a little gap between upper teeth and lower teeth and try to suck your lower lip little inside and add mewing these really helps. You can try if this helps you as well

I clicked on this video totally skeptic and within the first try my teeth placement is different. Teeth are slightly touching that haven't touched in years. I'll keep it up for two weeks and give an update.

I can't give an accurate update but I'll tell you everytime I do it I feel my underbite correct a little but then an hour later it goes back. The lack of comments here made it hard for me to believe that it worked back then but i kept doing it for 4 months and my jaw definitely improved (not just my opinion, but from friends and family too) Some other tips i can recommend in order to accelerate the improvement or simply make it less noticable is to do these Chin tucks Mewing And dont make your hair slicked back so that the protrusion is less noticable Goodluck to yall
How do you actually mewing with underbite problem? Do you mew with regular jaw position (underbite) or try to force a normal jaw position then mew? Sorry for my bad English.

its been 5 months and my jaw has been continuously improving the only thing i added to my face exercises that are not included in the video are chin tucks (1 minute, every 5 seconds) , yawning motion face where you fully stretch it (same time) and nonstop mewing

I can't give an accurate update but I'll tell you everytime I do it I feel my underbite correct a little but then an hour later it goes back. If you did this three times a day and worse something to keep you mouth closed while you slept it might actually work I correcting a not to bad underbite

The lack of comments here made it hard for me to believe that it worked back then but i kept doing it for 4 months and my jaw definitely improved (not just my opinion, but from friends and family too)
Some other tips i can recommend in order to accelerate the improvement or simply make it less noticable is to do these

Mewing
And dont make your hair slicked back so that the protrusion is less noticable

How do you actually mewing with underbite problem? Do you mew with regular jaw position (underbite) or try to force a normal jaw position then mew? Sorry for my bad English.

its been 5 months and my jaw has been continuously improving
the only thing i added to my face exercises that are not included in the video are chin tucks (1 minute, every 5 seconds) , yawning motion face where you fully stretch it (same time) and nonstop mewing

@@President1809 no.. not completely in my personal opinion. Maybe it might take longer to get the complete results since im doing this exercise for once a day. But im not expecting my underbite to be completely fixed too tho.. the most concrete way is still by getting braces i guess
@@golnoshra1914 yess i saw some changes all though my underbite isn't completely fixed yet. My lower lip is usually much more forward back then and rn it seems to be more further back than usual. It worked a bit on me.. but im not sure it works for everyone. Either way, I wish you the best of luck!

Soooo heyyy I forgot to update because I’ve been busy with my workss🙏 but i did it when i was free..not on daily basis tho.There is no major change but i kinda feel like it works like my bite has been much better than the first day i tried this exercise. It may take years to fix the bite because we’re not doing any surgery or putting any braces.
