Camera lies xD Look at people's reflection on mirror. You will see the same but inverted 100% Camera can distort or expand areas depending on the space, angle it is used to capture. Basically if camera is close, some parts of the face will be bigger/smaller in size.
I have right side of my face pretty sharp but the left side is round bloated and bending towards right side even my nose is bending now What should I do??

i cry almost everyday due to not feeling enough because of how uneven my face is. i feel less than others. i hope this works edit: came back to update. i haven’t done these in a while, but over the span of maybe 2-3 months of doing these, i noticed almost no difference. though lately, without asking them, friends or acquaintances have complimented me on my face, calling it symmetrical. it’s how you perceive yourself. we aren’t used to seeing ourselves from a flipped perspective, but to everyone else that’s all they’ve ever seen. we’ve all gotta stop shitting on ourselves, and nitpicking because we’re the only ones who see it.

I'm back here to share my experience. As of this writing, it's been just only 4 days since I followed these exercises, and honestly, the changes are already noticeable. I highly suggest doing the third exercise frequently, especially if your problem is with your jaw.

I'm getting bullied with my face looking like this. They call me names, I sometimes laugh but deep inside it's killing me. This is my biggest insecurity. I don't know why I do have a very sensitive teeth and gums even though I always brush my teeth. It is so unfair seeing homeless kids whom had no enough sanitation and hygiene has a lot better teeth than I am.

I've heard a story about someone who had the same problem. Quite scary. Mine is somewhat similar but my jaw only pops and goes sideways and comes back when I yawn
Real story: Did this thing since december 2019, and my face changed so much! It has appeared a big result, trust me, thats the best exercise ive tryied. UPDATE: After 2 years, i still do it once a day, before going to sleep , somedays i forget to , when im tired
it does work, you just have to be consistent. as long as your doing these daily and keeping your facial muscles active, it will eventually even out. It took me a month of doing these every day along with the eyes and lips exercises that are also on this channel for my face and jaw to finally look somewhat symmetrical and human

First, THANK YOU! YOU SAVED MY LIFE! Ok I'm gonna share my experience so far. So my jaw is uneven, it's shifted to the left a bit and I have clicking sounds whenever I open my mouth. I can't chew well and I get horrible headaches and ear pain often. I went to the dentist and she told me that I need braces to move my whole set of teeth on the lower jaw half a centimetre cuz my upper and lower teeth didn't align, and she told me that it won't fix my pain and I need a plastic surgery? So I decided to fix it myself. I looked it up and I realised that I didn’t have this problem growing up! I'm 21 now and I don't remember people bringing this problem up before 3 years ago. I've noticed that I have bad sleeping habits; i sleep on the right side of my face only with my palm under my right cheek ALWAYS! And i only chew on the left side neglecting the muscles on the right side, so i thought that was the cause of the problem cuz I know that I don't need a surgery! So it's been a week now, I'm chewing on my right side now trying to strengthen the muscles there, I sleep on the left side more often WITH NO HANDS INVOLVED lol. I've been doing those exercises like 5 to 10 times a day! I know it's too much but they relieved my pain a bit in addition to other exercises including biting onto a pencil. My muscles are bit sore but i think the final result would be worth it. If this handsome man got hansome-er, I'm keeping doing these!

I had notice my tmj a couple of years ago so maybe it'll be hard to change in such a short period of time(?). I read some comments and researched and some tips to share: also try neck exercises and posture exercises which might contribute to TMJ(i think in my case i need neck exercises). Also, chewing gum or chewing on one side in general can cause TMJ (ngl might be hard for me because i just took out a tooth in the back of my mouth💀 but ill try still). Also, dont lean your head on your hand or sleep sideways, even if your trying to balance out the TMJ (this is just my personal oponion for this statement bc its important to build habit and idk if sleeping on the other side will rlly balance it out). ALSOO make sure your tongue posture is even (especially talking to people who mew😾❗️❗️) ANYWAYS im gonna try again week 2 with these tips in mind (week 2 progress in reply section bc i feel like this comment is already too long)

Update: I have been doing these exercises along with the ones for uneven nose (I broke my nose 7 yrs ago at school) for 3 months now and 3 times atleast everyday. The gradual improvement in my face is amazing and the additional benefit for me is I got more defined cheekbones and jawline. I hope my comment motivates someone! ❤

I also broke my nose almost 17 years ago Your comment showed me a path Can't thank you enough Because I broke my nose now my upper teeth set is kind of shifted higher and kind of stuck in nose bones if it makes any sense. And that's why I also got asymatrical jawline too

I recently noticed that my lips are assymetrical in pictures, but when i look at my self in the mirror it looks perfectly fine, and thats how i want to feel. People dont really notice the lips until they focus on that area once you ask them to.. but recently i have started feeling even more conscious. I thought it was just me but i felt so much better knowing that its not just me but so many more people out here. I started doing this exercise today, hoping to see good progress.

I’ve always knew I have asymptomatic face.. but I had an issue with a cdental crown and I was chewing only on one side of my mouth for a long time..I think that severely affected the symmetry of my lips and jaw. Started noticing it last year and when I last had a visa photo taken I almost cried.. my smile is effed! More so than my eyes or nose!! My whole face is. so, I was at my grandmas for Christmas, and I saw a tik tok about the inverted filter. I tried it out and immediately wanted to hide my face from everyone. My bottom lip was really crooked, and then I smiled at noticed it was really crooked too, and my whole top row of teeth were really slanted. None of this showed in the mirror. That night I just wanted to cry, but I went on youtube to look if there were ways to fix it. I found a video and did the excersizes for one day, and it left my jaw feeling sore. Then I found this excersize and saw all the positive comments about it, and I was so happy. I started doing the excersize 3 times a day, and after three weeks It was almost all completely straight. Im so happy. Definitely try it

Thats me. My one eye is lower than the other and my nose is crooked (i had surgery on it in my early 20s to straighten it but it was crooked again after a few months) , my mouth pulls down on one side, so it looks almost like i have had a stroke. Im not a bad looking guy but these issues have severely damaged my confidence all my life.
@@robertcarr4172what the guy in the video says is that it could be muscle hypertrophy which causes bones to move a bit. I’m not saying it’s true but maybe it could by why your nose went crooked again. Maybe try some of these exercises I’ve been doing them for almost 3 weeks and notice a difference. It’s not night and day but any change is good change
Update after 2 months doing this, yes it works! I can see the difference and improvement of my face especially in my nose area and eyes except to my teeth lol (braces is what I need) yeah guys it definitely works. I mean, it not just fixes my face itself but my perspective as well kekeke, the more you look at your real face (not the one u see in the mirror), the more u use your rear cam, you'll get used to it, the more u accept your flaws, the better improvement will happen, the more confident you will become! I only wish i took before and after pics. my left side of my face looked as though it was aways stiff and tight. my eye looked very big and my mouth was lopsided and seemed as though it was pulling, so i never took pics on my left side only my right. I came here after the tiktok inverted filter. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks now 2-3 times a day usually before eating meals and ive noticed a HUGE difference. the right side of my face was way bigger and my nose,lips,eyebrows looked like this🥴 the one side of my face literally looked like it was melting. i was scared that i was going to have to get surgery until i came across this video. when you’re doing this exercise start to work on your posture, always chew on both sides, dont sleep on your side and practice mewing. this combo of things you will notice a significant difference.

@@lily-6140 actually yes I started chewing on my left(the one that is smaller) 90% of the time and I started sleeping on my back. Doing these and 4 facial exercise videos 3 times a day made my face look abit symmetrical. But my right side is still bigger than my left which sucks. I dont think I can fix that permanently.
@@dqvid6078 hey I stopped doing it after 2 months of doing that. It can't be changed much because the muscle size has increased significantly. But my face seems better than it used to be.
i’m going to do this for a month, and i’ll update the progress each week. Hopefully it straightens my lips! Week 1: I didn’t think this would work so fast but i definitely notice that my lips have evened out a bit. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ll continue to update each week. 10 months later... sorry for not updating i completely forgot about this comment although i did continue for a few months and it worked really well. theyre almost perfectly even and my family members agree. if you decide to do it, don’t slow down after some time. you might wanna do it less but just keep going it’s worth it and consistency is key. don’t give up, it can really change your face :) also if you’re not seeing results fast that’s normal. think about it like a %. if something is 5% better you won’t even notice. if it’s 10%, you’ll start to, and so on. every time you do the exercises think of it as % being added which is why each time u do it is important. good luck!
I don't think I'm consistent enough for my face to change, but these exercises really help to relieve the tension I feel in my jaw! Very grateful and I come back to these exercises often.

For those who weren’t aware, i have been doing these exercises once a day for the past 21 days along with the eyes and lips exercises that are also on this channel. At first i thought it was just placebo and that my asymmetry was not improving, however i used the inverted camera today and really noticed a difference. its not perfect but it has improved slightly and that’s something. You just have to remain disciplined and consistent. update; if anyone is still reading this i’ve been doing these exercises every day for a month along with the lips and eyes exercise that are also on this channel and i have to say it actually does work, a month ago my face looked lopsided and looked like it was hit by a bus and now that i’ve been doing these daily for a month or so it’s almost symmetrical. As long you keep exercising your muscles it’ll even out trust me.

i was the same when i was a teenager. people did said that i was beautiful but all i thought was "no,you haven't seen the real me. u haven't seen me my face cut that i hide with my hair,you haven't seen me without the eyebrow pencil and mascara how bald my face looks,you haven't noticed how big my forehead and flat my side profile is". but then there comes my boyfriend .who is like really beautiful have beautiful eyes with full eyebrows,eyelashes, full lips with nice jawline,cheekbones,perfect hairline and symmetrical face and he is insecure about his nose .ngl they are a tiny bit boxy but it's not even that bad. but for him it's a major thing,as for me it is my asymmetrical face and jawline.but the truth is it's not even that much noticeable in real that we assume by seeing it in the inverted camera.because no one can notice such tiny details about ourselves.so when he came to my life he always said to me how beautiful i was and i always thought "he might just have a bad taste" but because of him i started to feel secured about myself. that maybe i have asymmetry,maybe i have my own defects but that doesn't means that i am not beautiful
also i tried to remember the last time i felt beautiful.i remembered the day when i was dressed up for a cousin's wedding.i felt really beautiful and then i thought that" no ,we are the same person and if that day i felt she was beautiful ,that means she is beautiful. it's just that she is not dressed up yet or she is just a little messy now".so i might not the most perfect and beautiful one in all i might not be the most photogenic one but i am beautiful in my own way.ngl but i still sometimes feel the need to fix my face and body but its not as bad as it was before and i also stopped using instagram and i feel much at peace and good about myself now.

i have senior portraits coming up so I’ll be doing this everyday for 3 weeks. I’ve already been doing them for 3 days and yalllll i took a picture with my face inverted and almost liked it. My jaw became dislocated 3 years ago. I've been doing this for the past few months and: Yes, it works, my face and smile improved a lot already! Although I'm still feeling pain and my teeth are still moving (I can feel them moving); the pain is very small and it comes and goes away, throughout the day. And from my experience, if you combine these exercises with fasting (any type of fasting), you'll get results more quickly, fasting puts your body into the self-healing mode.

Ok so here’s about 4 days of this: First day: my jaw cracked really hard and felt so good and not as strained as before Second day: looks basically the same Third day: a little different and a tiny more symmetrical in pictures Forth day: it is going really well. I will say I’m doing these twice a day: morning and night but with other face exercises as well.
I been 2 weeks now here the change. my right weak side got incredible fast improvement and started getting a jawline. @@bhavikdarolia omg i didnt see this till now sorry! but i stopped for awhile and have been picking it back up again. im trying mewing too and my face feels great again. i feel like the weaker part of my jaw is strengthening and that the mewing with better posture has helped as well. i will say though when i stopped, because of my weaker jaw getting more of a work out/getting less tense it did over extend at times and start to pop in a different way since i wasnt used to the new mobility. so definitely be careful and keep your movements concise if you havent tried already or if anyone reads this lol

I'm back here to share my experience. As of this writing, it's been just only 4 days since I followed these exercises, and honestly, the changes are already noticeable. I highly suggest doing the third exercise frequently, especially if your problem is with your jaw.

I'm getting bullied with my face looking like this. They call me names, I sometimes laugh but deep inside it's killing me. This is my biggest insecurity. I don't know why I do have a very sensitive teeth and gums even though I always brush my teeth. it does work, you just have to be consistent. as long as your doing these daily and keeping your facial muscles active, it will eventually even out. It took me a month of doing these every day along with the eyes and lips exercises that are also on this channel for my face and jaw to finally look somewhat symmetrical and human

This is an overall update: if you can't tell I decided to change my TH-cam name as perfectly imperfect because that's what i want to represent me . So I started this journey and i was starting to be happy with myself and I started taking pictures everyday and night to see my transition. Until some stuff happens and I wasn't happy so I went back to feeling the same way. This video help a lot and I'm so happy that I had found it but you need to know that you have to change your state of mind on how you see yourself. You are beautiful inside and out , you are unique and everyway possible and you deserve to feel happy and know that you are more than enough. Ok I'm gonna share my experience so far.
So my jaw is uneven, it's shifted to the left a bit and I have clicking sounds whenever I open my mouth. I can't chew well and I get horrible headaches and ear pain often.
I went to the dentist and she told me that I need braces to move my whole set of teeth on the lower jaw half a centimetre cuz my upper and lower teeth didn't align, and she told me that it won't fix my pain and I need a plastic surgery? So I decided to fix it myself.
I looked it up and I realised that I didn’t have this problem growing up! I'm 21 now and I don't remember people bringing this problem up before 3 years ago.
I've noticed that I have bad sleeping habits; i sleep on the right side of my face only with my palm under my right cheek ALWAYS! And i only chew on the left side neglecting the muscles on the right side, so i thought that was the cause of the problem cuz I know that I don't need a surgery!
So it's been a week now, I'm chewing on my right side now trying to strengthen the muscles there, I sleep on the left side more often WITH NO HANDS INVOLVED lol. I've been doing those exercises like 5 to 10 times a day! I know it's too much but they relieved my pain a bit in addition to other exercises including biting onto a pencil.
My muscles are bit sore but i think the final result would be worth it. If this handsome man got hansome-er, I'm keeping doing these!

Not gonna lie, i didnt see much changes if there were any changes at all. I had notice my tmj a couple of years ago so maybe it'll be hard to change in such a short period of time(?). I read some comments and researched and some tips to share: also try neck exercises and posture exercises which might contribute to TMJ(i think in my case i need neck exercises). Also, chewing gum or chewing on one side in general can cause TMJ (ngl might be hard for me because i just took out a tooth in the back of my mouth💀 but ill try still).
Also, dont lean your head on your hand or sleep sideways, even if your trying to balance out the TMJ (this is just my personal oponion for this statement bc its important to build habit and idk if sleeping on the other side will rlly balance it out). ALSOO make sure your tongue posture is even (especially talking to people who mew😾❗️❗️) ANYWAYS im gonna try again week 2 with these tips in mind (week 2 progress in reply section bc i feel like this comment is already too long)

Update: I have been doing these exercises along with the ones for uneven nose (I broke my nose 7 yrs ago at school) for 3 months now and 3 times atleast everyday. The gradual improvement in my face is amazing and the additional benefit for me is I got more defined cheekbones and jawline. I hope my comment motivates someone! ❤

I’m not alone.. damn this is such a relief and grief at the same time.. I’ve always knew I have asymptomatic face.. but I had an issue with a cdental crown and I was chewing only on one side of my mouth for a long time..I think that severely affected the symmetry of my lips and jaw. Started noticing it last year and when I last had a visa photo taken I almost cried.. my smile is effed! More so than my eyes or nose!! My whole face is. Hello! i've been doing this for a month now with other exercises and it really works! don't loose time and do it bc it's really worth it, the side of my face that was bigger now it isn't and i can chew properly 😭😭 i do it twice a day everyday, with time results are noticeable, i'll keep doin it but it was for letting u guys know that is worth it:-) (i have a playlist named "tmj" )

so, I was at my grandmas for Christmas, and I saw a tik tok about the inverted filter. I tried it out and immediately wanted to hide my face from everyone. My bottom lip was really crooked, and then I smiled at noticed it was really crooked too, and my whole top row of teeth were really slanted. None of this showed in the mirror. That night I just wanted to cry, but I went on youtube to look if there were ways to fix it. I found a video and did the excersizes for one day, and it left my jaw feeling sore. Then I found this excersize and saw all the positive comments about it, and I was so happy. I started doing the excersize 3 times a day, and after three weeks It was almost all completely straight. Im so happy. Definitely try it

Thats me. My one eye is lower than the other and my nose is crooked (i had surgery on it in my early 20s to straighten it but it was crooked again after a few months) , my mouth pulls down on one side, so it looks almost like i have had a stroke. Im not a bad looking guy but these issues have severely damaged my confidence all my life.

I’m not saying it’s true but maybe it could by why your nose went crooked again. Maybe try some of these exercises I’ve been doing them for almost 3 weeks and notice a difference. Update after 2 months doing this, yes it works! I can see the difference and improvement of my face especially in my nose area and eyes except to my teeth lol (braces is what I need) yeah guys it definitely works. I mean, it not just fixes my face itself but my perspective as well kekeke, the more you look at your real face (not the one u see in the mirror), the more u use your rear cam, you'll get used to it, the more u accept your flaws, the better improvement will happen, the more confident you will become! I only wish i took before and after pics. my left side of my face looked as though it was aways stiff and tight. my eye looked very big and my mouth was lopsided and seemed as though it was pulling, so i never took pics on my left side only my right. After doing this excersise 2 or sometimes 3 times a day i noticed significant difference in just 3 weeks. Just stay consistant doing it and be patient. I came here after the tiktok inverted filter. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks now 2-3 times a day usually before eating meals and ive noticed a HUGE difference. the right side of my face was way bigger and my nose,lips,eyebrows looked like this🥴 the one side of my face literally looked like it was melting. i was scared that i was going to have to get surgery until i came across this video. when you’re doing this exercise start to work on your posture, always chew on both sides, dont sleep on your side and practice mewing. this combo of things you will notice a significant difference.

Doing these and 4 facial exercise videos 3 times a day made my face look abit symmetrical. But my right side is still bigger than my left which sucks. I dont think I can fix that permanently.

i’m going to do this for a month, and i’ll update the progress each week. Hopefully it straightens my lips! Week 1: I didn’t think this would work so fast but i definitely notice that my lips have evened out a bit. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ll continue to update each week.
10 months later... sorry for not updating i completely forgot about this comment although i did continue for a few months and it worked really well. theyre almost perfectly even and my family members agree. if you decide to do it, don’t slow down after some time. you might wanna do it less but just keep going it’s worth it and consistency is key. don’t give up, it can really change your face :)
also if you’re not seeing results fast that’s normal. think about it like a %. if something is 5% better you won’t even notice. if it’s 10%, you’ll start to, and so on. every time you do the exercises think of it as % being added which is why each time u do it is important. good luck!

For those who weren’t aware, i have been doing these exercises once a day for the past 21 days along with the eyes and lips exercises that are also on this channel. At first i thought it was just placebo and that my asymmetry was not improving, however i used the inverted camera today and really noticed a difference. its not perfect but it has improved slightly and that’s something. You just have to remain disciplined and consistent.
update; if anyone is still reading this i’ve been doing these exercises every day for a month along with the lips and eyes exercise that are also on this channel and i have to say it actually does work, a month ago my face looked lopsided and looked like it was hit by a bus and now that i’ve been doing these daily for a month or so it’s almost symmetrical. As long you keep exercising your muscles it’ll even out trust me.

@@seonno_u Yes I do this face exercise once a day but I started doing his “all in one face” video (I do that one at least 2 x a day) and it makes ur face symmetrical everywhere, while this one does help I think it’s mainly for ur jaw but I highly recommend his all in one face video THIS LITERALLY DOES MAKE UR FACE SYMMETRICAL NO JOKE

i have senior portraits coming up so I’ll be doing this everyday for 3 weeks. I’ve already been doing them for 3 days and yalllll i took a picture with my face inverted and almost liked it. It wasn’t bad, wayyyy better than what it usually looks like, my cheeks are starting to even out and my eye is less droopy. I’ll come back next week to update. 💞. 12/02/20 - update. okay so my face is actually almost even. im not afraid to take pictures w the back camera anymore lol. you can see a jawline and all of the features. I still have chubby cheeks but they’re more toned...if that makes sense? anyway this works! 100% try

MinecraftSamurai I kinda stopped doing it consistently and spaced it out , now im doing exercises for bags under the eyes more consistently. But I would 100% bc you’ll get quick results. and they last a hot minute.
My jaw became dislocated 3 years ago. I've been doing this for the past few months and: Yes, it works, my face and smile improved a lot already! Although I'm still feeling pain and my teeth are still moving (I can feel them moving); the pain is very small and it comes and goes away, throughout the day. And from my experience, if you combine these exercises with fasting (any type of fasting), you'll get results more quickly, fasting puts your body into the self-healing mode.

I’ve had horrible pain in my jaw for years and also noticed over time that it had started to become uneven.. I’ve always been insecure about how asymmetrical my face had become. I was ready to go see a surgeon about getting it fixed internally. After just a few days the relief is there and my face at least looks less swollen on one side. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Ok so here’s about 4 days of this:
First day: my jaw cracked really hard and felt so good and not as strained as before
Second day: looks basically the same
Third day: a little different and a tiny more symmetrical in pictures
Forth day: it is going really well.
I will say I’m doing these twice a day: morning and night but with other face exercises as well.

I been 2 weeks now here the change. my right weak side got incredible fast improvement and started getting a jawline. Wow I never expected this fast transformation on face cuz before this I tried mewing method but the progress is so slow. I BARELY SEE any change. This video helps me a lot. Thanks for it✨. Thank you so much for this video! My jaw bones are actually crooked and because of that the muscles are different on each side. The asymmetry has caused a lot of pain after I had a wisdom tooth removed from one side. These excercises helped insanely lot! My face doesn't look so weird in pictures anymore and my jaw doesn't click when I yawn. I'm so grateful I stumbled upon this video! Thank you!

been doing this for almost a week now!! it feels great and my jaw movement has gotten better. it used to pop so aggressively but now it feels more at ease and it feels less uncomfortable. plus i can actually feel the weaker side of my jaw getting worked out. excited to keep going! i do this once to twice a day along with his all in one face fix routine and koko hayashi's cheek exercises since ive lost them abit

@@bhavikdarolia omg i didnt see this till now sorry! but i stopped for awhile and have been picking it back up again. im trying mewing too and my face feels great again. i feel like the weaker part of my jaw is strengthening and that the mewing with better posture has helped as well. i will say though when i stopped, because of my weaker jaw getting more of a work out/getting less tense it did over extend at times and start to pop in a different way since i wasnt used to the new mobility. so definitely be careful and keep your movements concise if you havent tried already or if anyone reads this lol

@@ArohiGupta-ve1ty I don’t advise chewing gum to even it out as there is no scientific evidence that it will work. I do suggest using the side you don’t use often to chew your food when eating. You can also do this exercise. It helps. All the best !

No, only to the point that I felt comfortable with it and one day when I brushed my teeth I found out that my mouth was fully open. But unfortunately it's not consistent, I am still clicking a lot so I keep doing these excercises.
