    Guys, trust me this is it.
    That's the final video that'll fix your asymmetry.
    I have watched hundreds of videos,
    Nothing was working for me. But this video changed everything, it showed result after my first set. After 1 week it was almost symmetrical, even my smile is more symmetrical now.
    I'll give you guys an another update in 2 months.

    LISTEN EVERYONE. YOUR FACE MAY BE UNEVEN DUE TO BONE STRUCTURE. I have facial asymmetry, I’ve slept on my left side for 16 years, I’m also a mouth breather. just 6 months ago I’ve began mewing to fix it. I also stopped mouth breathing. Sleeping on my left side literally grew my left side of my face slanted, so my lips and my nose were on the right side of my face, it was hideous. START MEWING AND APPLY PRESSURE TO YOUR UNEVEN SIDE JAW AND CHEEK BONE, to do this, say “singgggggg” and hold your tongue it that position. now apply force with your tongue on the roof of your mouth, this should lift your face. Same thing goes with cheekbones and jaw, apply force in the direction your face that is uneven. (For example my left side is slanted, so I apply force on the roof of my mouth, on the left side). DO NOT MEW WITH FORCE TOO HARD. I’ve done this multiple times and this can cause TMJ, I’ve had to do several facial exercises to fix my TMJ, but even still, take it slow, just the first month of mewing I’ve seen results, I’m on my 6 month. YOUR FACE MAY BE UNEVEN BECAUSE OF BONE STRUCTURE, the only way to facially remodel your bone to even your face is mew. Bone smashing (basically where your knock on your facial bones with your knuckles to create micro fractures so your bone grows back bigger) ALSO HELPS. Bone smash cheekbones, jaw, chin, and eyebrows for masculine look. I PROMISE YALL 100% I THOUGHT I WAS CURSED FOR LIFE AND IVE STARTED DOING THIS, IT WORKS JJST GIVE IT TIME AND PRACTICE, BE CONSISTENT AND PERSEVERE.

      Do you apply constantly throughout the day or there's a set? So there's two processes? One is just simply holding the tongue on the roof of the mouth and the other one is applying pressure on the asymmetrical side? Are they done together or individually?

      6 days ago I tried this video that showed in my recommendations is about "reset" the vagus nerve so all the trauma and stress kinda flow
      It helps me a lot and I feel very different now and I saw improvement with my asymmetry
      I'm still waiting if it is permanent lol

    for the people asking if it works or not, it does definitely work, but you have to be consistent. think of it as going to the gym, except in gym you're working to define your upper body muscles, whereas these exercises help define faical muscles

    I have a symmetrical in fact beautiful smile, my problem is speaking from one side of the face. When you went through these exercises I realised just how WEAK the right side of my face is. I do these exercises with ease on my left side but damn, I have to train that right side. Thank you!

      I'm assymetrical because my right side is very much more active , specially since my right side mouth is what I use to speak, I barely use the left side

    The thing is about that poem: A lot of people have gotten into positions of power and influence because of an attractive face, and certainly some of God's finest have had the humbled experience of not having that. I love to work the face because it feels good but it allows me much more easily to make others comfortable! At the same time, actions of the heart come through intentions, our mind's thoughts, and our actions of genuine care.

    Lemme just tell y’all something real quick. Best piece of advise if you feel unconfident with your face; YOUR PHONE CAMERA (front or back) IS NOT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE. The only disadvantage of the mirror being unrealistic is if it’s in your bathroom, in which the lights will make you look a little more tan.

      @@2pacfanbenton The reason for this is the fact that the phone screen is shrunken down, which will further make your facial features difficult to fit in and your facial structure will appear more rounded. It also will highlight any blemishes from your face, making acne look brighter and stand out more. Also the lighting is never accurately displayed on a phone. Also the image is reversed, which won’t show what you actually look like.

      I couldn't move one side of my mouth and I sat in the mirror, held the stronger side of my face in place, and then pushed it till I saw movement. At first it was extremely micro but now there's a solid improvement

    this works!! ive only done it a few times whenever i remembered it,,, and i notice a significant difference. i even put my face in a mathematical calculator and it said "good symmetry" whereas before it used to say "poor facial symmetry"
    and idk it feels like my face looks more happy and uplifted?
    I did more reps on my downturned side. now i will do the same for both and i will definitely continue doing this.

    Trying to get the weaker side of my face to move for some of these exercises feels like I am trying to use telekinesis to move an object across the room. My left eyebrow and my right levator anguli oris muscles are so weak they don't move independently and I have to hold my strong side down. Using my finger in the mirror helps a lot. I've noticed after doing the exercises, I'm mentally drained from trying to move muscles I have been neglecting. I am hoping these exercises even out my face as well as help the way my mouth moves when I speak.

    I got pretty bad facial asymmetry. My nose and lips are crooked. one of my ears is bigger than the other and sticks out more and my beard grows differently on each side. shit even my bald head is asymmetrical and cone shaped! One side is more indented than the other. I think this might have something to do with being sandwhiched in the womb by my two other triplet sisters before I was born.

    Guys please this other exercises as well many of us could had problems in the vagus nerve and that could lead to asymmetric problems

    Also if it works means you have problems in other organs and that's why your vagus nerve is stressed and send stress signals that show on one side of the face being hard and the other side more relaxed 😅anyway check the organs that the vagus nerve is connected to many and in my case I used to sleep in my tummy bc of my lungs...

      6 days ago I tried this video that showed in my recommendations is about "reset" the vagus nerve so all the trauma and stress kinda flow
      It helps me a lot and I feel very different now and I saw improvement with my asymmetry
      I'm still waiting if it is permanent lol

    Probably no one knows this but number one and most prominent cause of face asymmetry is chewing food only with one side, mostly because of bad teeth on the other side) just fix your teeth and chew with both sides ! You're welcome

I fell and broke some bones in my head and one was exactly near the nerve, so it is blocked since then (as the trigeminus is, which makes that side numb)... But nowadays I can laugh about it, for example when I feel things that aren't there or when my face is anything but symmetrical because of it... What about you?

    if your facial muscles are underdeveloped, being dedicated and consistent to these exercises can develop and change your facial features (not necessarily your bone structure) - but there is no guarantee they will make you look the way you want to look - all it can do is subtly develop what is already there. if your facial muscles are already well-developed, you may want to look somewhere else

      Until you feel satisfied with your facial symmetry I guess. I repeat these types of exercises occasionally, because we all tend to slip out of balance.

    a long time ago i noticed that i couldnt do certain expressions on either left or right side of my face and trained my muscles to be able to do them, just out of stubbornness. Tho i still have asymmetry problems im glad i learned this. im gonna be doing these exercises and see if theres any change

    My left side is lower than my right side. Eyes, cheekbone are lower than my right side.. So i should work on left side only?

    Been very self conscious about my eye asymmetry, and always thought it was structural. But upon closer inspection, the bones aren't *that* far out of whack. Then I realized every time I "raise an eyebrow", which is pretty often when your on the internet every day and see some whack ass shit, I always raise the eyebrow that's higher. And my eyebrow that feels weaker sits significantly lower on my face. Gonna try this exercise for a few weeks, and see if my face asymmetry improves.

    I never noticed until I recorded a video of myself talking that when I talk, only one side of my mouth moves and shows the bottom of my teeth. I look like I had a stroke or something. I hate it. But nobody has ever mentioned it to me. I will try doing these exercises. I can lift my left eyebrow independently really well, but not my right. I can do the second exercise on my right really well, but not my left. My right side is the side that droops down, showing my teeth when I talk. My left side barely moves. When I open my jaw, it swings to the right. I wonder if this is the cause for my crooked mouth.

    This helped me a lot this. when i just start my right side of my face was much weaker then my left. Now is the third day and it is already getting stronger! The eyebrow exersize is still hard tho
