Love this routine. I don't have enough strength for upper body so I use a pair of 8lbs for upper and 10lbs for lower part. Please make more of this type of exercise. Since I have back issues, I need to strengh my little oler body for my physical work.

doing this until i reach my goal‼️ weight rn : 48kg goal : 42-44kg height : 157cm (i'm also doing lower body workout) day 1✅️ : it was kinda tough towards the end but i managed to push through. arms got rlly tired after, didn't sweat a lot but good enough to know i did smth, also a rlly fun workout!!

일년전엔 1키로짜리 덤벨, 지금은 1.5키로짜리로 해요~
오늘 새운동 너무 좋아요~당분간 상체는 이녀석으로 쭉 할께요. 종일 앉아서 일하던 어깨가 풀어진 느낌! 👍
