    In today’s quick fitness barre, we will target every muscle individually so we can tone the entire body. By using isolated movements at the barre to work the core, upper body, hips and lower abs, we will see what it feels like to engage different parts of the body and be able to strengthen smaller muscles used in ballet that are harder to reach. 🙌 This will prepare the body for optimal coordination as we dance.

    Every time I do an Alessia workout, I feel tall and slim and graceful afterwards. Normally, I am none of these things! Thank you so much. Love your leotard, by the way.

    I can't wait to get back doing ballet or an type of exercise. I can just walk as of now. Expecting in less than a month.🤰

    I say this all the time, but I’ll say it again in my golden years and trying to learn ballet, more so for strengthening my core but I have to say, this is really helping me with my scoliosis. I feel like I walk a little taller, as long as I do it every day. Thank you Alessia!

    I really like your standing exercises! They don’t require a lot of space or yoga mat so I can kinda do them anywhere ❤️❤️

    Love this short program :) and love that when she said, "And UP, and UP,...UP,UP,UP..."while I unconsciously focused on tapping my foot DOWN, down....

    I'm not a ballet dancer, but I wanted to be a ballet dancer. So I practice doing beginner ballet things. But I have one problem everytime I eat a small amount of food I already feel bloated.
    That's why I am afraid of wearing those fit shirts
