Ingredients:
rice: 200 g (7.1 oz)
water: 350 ml (12 fl oz)
water: 400 ml (14 fl oz)
milk: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
sugar: 10 g (0.4 oz)
yeast: 6 g (0.2 oz)
LEAVE: 10 MIN
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
oil: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
flour: 300 g (11 oz)
lemon: 1 pc

Вода, мука и дрожжи это основа хлебного теста. Добавлять рис в хлеб не вижу смысла. А соус вообще какая-то адская смесь. Гастрит хорошо развивает. Да ещё сколько возни. Овчинка выделки не стОит.😊
Правда ваша!!! Вечно эти заморские кулинары выдумывают, пиарятся и всё . я тоже повелась думала что присутствует только рис без муки, чушь и гадость

Когда работала коком, не выбрасывала за борт кашу после завтрака, а добавляла в опару и хлеб получался отменный и с рисом и с манкой и с вермишелью, и даже с гречкой, всем нравился очень.

I would love to use this with brown rice. I had to watch this. Never in my dreams. But if you use loaf pans. You can save so much money make about 5 loaves that will last you for a while. Thank u for showing us this .

Dear,bread looks delicious, humble request do give it a try with sorghum flour and add 1/4cup rice flr too 3/4cup sorghum, coz only rice is carbs and sorghum is more nutrition's. ❣️🌹

2. What TYPE of milk? Skimmed, semi-skimmed, full fat, 2%, 4%, coconut?
3. What TYPE of yeast?

It looks delicious. But I may not go through such a complex procedure.
After using recipes that don't use any flour and just use soaked rice and a high speed blender with no kneading, this just seems unnecessarily complex. This isn't an efficient recipe to replace either gluten or gluten-free store-bought bread.
