Bread recipe ingredients:
4.5 ounces of all-purpose flour (120 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 ounces of butter (70 grams)
3 fluid ounces water (90 milliliters)
3.5 ounces of cheese (100 grams)

Watched your recipe from India. This is a very typical breakfast recipe in Indian household, called stuffed parantha. We use whole wheat flour , not white flour. You can stuff in a cheese slice for quick cooking. You can also stuff grated vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage,onions, boiled and mashed potatoes with seasoning of your choice. Visit us in India for enjoying our stuffed parantha with dollops of white butter and curd!

@SandraCat22 my measuring cups are graded with both measurements. But my bread was not soft like hers, edible yes...every year, for many years now, I have tried to make bread...unsuccessfully....I have no patience....

20g is 4.8mL (so that’s approximately 1 teaspoon because 1 teaspoon is 5mL)

Looks great! This is what we would call a flower tortilla in Mexico. Traditionally they make them in the northern states of Mexico instead of the corn tortilla that we make in the south of the country! You could add some guacamole or chipotle ! Mmmmmmm!😊

This is pretty close to my recipe, I just make it with different flavors depending on the meal. Everyone thought I was NUTZ when they seen me cook this, then turn around and want more because its so good. Try it with a variety of different deserts. It's excellent and you can make it way healthier than what you buy in the stores 🧑🍳😁
