How far away in walking time is a major grocery store? And a full featured gym? Also, it seems condo owners don't typically have in unit clothes washers. This would be a requirement for me and I don't know an easy way to find only those units.
In Thailand its easy to use Laundry service, very cheap. Delivery your cloths, next day pick u washed, dryed and folded. Cha am is a small little beach town. 20 minites walking to major grocery, 3-4 minutes with driving. Enjoy your vacation wherever you going 👍
