The VIBE looks incredible! That is on our list for sure when we come back in a few months. Next time we are staying for 60 days! Next low season. The weather was cool, low crowds, and even better pricing. Thanks for another great video! Sam and Kayla Texas
My first train ride to Hua Hin was in March 2002 sat on the old wooden seats and windows open to catch the airflow. Back January/February next year using the new train and can't wait. Great simple precise video, thanks.
I'm so excited, heading out to Bangkok tomorrow. Wish I have time for HUA HIN, next time around for sure. Thanks for sharing the Hotel info, that one is really nice.
Oh, watching your video about Hua Hin and the night market makes me long for July when it's time to visit Hua Hin again. In my opinion, the off season is by far the best time to visit. Thanks for all the great videos you post.
Hi . Thank you so much for update 🙏 I go to Thailand in April for 3 weeks . Now i know what beach i want to go . Let go to Hua Hin . Can wait for it 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Arsen - I wish I can live your dream ♥♥♥ My life is simples - beer and fried seafood by seaside and some vegetables (optional) just watching people enjoying their complex lives - simples
Thank you. Have been to Bangkok many times, and heard good things about Hua Hin, maybe I will take a nice train ride from Bangkok to Hua Hin next time I travel to Thailand.
I love Thailand, and just spent two months traveling around there including Hua Hin. Looking forward to returning longer term, visas permitting. Nice video, thanks for sharing.
My Thai wife for instance says that when she's wearing a mask the hot weather is more bearable. As someone who hates masks i never attempted to test that claim.
Hua Hin, fantastic place for a holiday, I often send friends & relatives there. But for me, far too many Westerners & it would be like living in a holiday resort, we're setting up home in Cha Am, a Thai weekend resort as you know, so day to day living is more local Thai, which suits us better.
I will be visiting soon with my two daughters one is 17 and 16 I think now the Royal Pavilion I love Hau hin I actually would like to stay there 6 months per year when my daughters graduate in 6 years time
I was on the same train as you , what are the odds 🤣 and. also was at the night market too . Had a great night , and the train trip was excellent , currently in Chumphon on my way to Koh Tao tomorrow , enjoy Hau Hin 😊🍺
I liked your hotel, you still have to take a tuk tuk to the beach? I'm so glad I found this it told me how to get there on a nice comfortable train, probably gonna go dwn there from Bangkok in a couple weeks.
I was just in Hua Hin, after a total stay in Thailand for a month. The train service from Bangkok is surprisingly convenient and the train is pretty nice. We got a driver to Hua Hin but then took the train from Hua Hin to Thurat Sani, a 6 hr ride in Second Class. It was comfortable seating in leather chairs with better legroom than airplanes, along with fairly cool air conditioning. The train moved briskly. The fare was only $12 per person. Wound up flying back from Krabi to Bangkok and that was rather pricey for a 90-minute flight at $200. If I was going to do it again I'd hit Hua Hin down, Thurat Sani, then come back and hit a spot or two again on train line. Thailand does appear to be making a big investment in rail. The train was nice to see the countryside, which is aggressively planted with crops and palm trees. The Palm's are for Palm oil, a highly lucrative crop for biofuel.
Nice video, it looks like a nice and relaxing way to go there. Maybe I missed something, but can you elaborate on why it was a good decision to arrive at 5.30, when the train was not scheduled to depart until 7.30? (at 0:55 in the video). Is that a general advice or do you just like to be early?
Hello, we have this train booked next week. We arrive from Chiang Mai - sleeper train number 10 Arrival at 6:50. This train number 43, however, departs at 7:30. Will we catch another train to Hua Hin? Please give your opinion! greetings Domen
Really nice vlog.. I am coming to Hua Hin next month.. counting down the days!! Only 12 to go! I’m taking the bus from Bangkok but I plan to take the train back from Hua Hin to Bangkok. I’m wondering do i need to book the train in advance or can I get the ticket on the day I leave. I plan to take the no 40 special express. Rich. It will be my first time in Hua Hin & I can’t wait!!
I booked the day before and seats were almost sold out. But beware, online is every scam to get you to pay more for train fare. Make sure you get the official Thai railways site. The day train express that I took has only 2nd and 3rd class seating. The 2nd class seating was nearly as nice as the trains in Europe. I rode the Hua Hin line a week or so ago. Back home in the states after being in Thailand a month.
There are no new trains between Bkk and Hua Hin, just new stations at either end! Many expats were hoping for a new schedule with more convenient travel times from Hua Hin, but that is yet to happen, so for most it is still better to use a bus or drive.
Hi Arsen, love your videos! How much was the train to HuaHin and do you know the price for 1. class (more privacy)? Thanks a lot…. One of the best Thailand TH-cam-Channels ;)
Looks amazing arsen question I paid for all day ticket for bts skytrain so can I get on and off at any station I want or does it only cover 1 station like the uk and what stations would you recommend to get off at during the week as I will be arriving in Bangkok on a Tuesday for 3 days
please tell me if there is stil a ferry or boat from Hua Hin to Pattaya, I can't find any thing on Google , thx for your videos .. thank Philip. south Africa..
Hi how the way to krung threp station?, where can buy the train ticket to Hua Hin. Please let me know because i am from indonesia. I want to go Hua Hin by train and how much is it cost? Thank You
The hotel is good value. My wife and i have stayed there a couple of times. The breakfast used to be really nice too. Hows the tran ride. Would you recommend leave the car in Bangkok and use the train and just catch Tuk Tuk or Grab whilst in Hua Hin?
Thank you so much for this video. I'm going to Hua Hin next month and I'll be taking the train from BKK. Could you please post the website where I can book my train ticket from? Thank you.
Golden Sea is amazing but you need car drive 5 minutes to the beach, this hotel you can walk near the night market, and it's ok all in all, but if you have a car I prefer golden sea
Hua Hin is extremely dull, and the sea is full of jellyfish. Plus the main road right through the town means constant congestion. Far better places in Thailand in my opinion.

Thank you for all your videos!! Because of these amazing videos we will be in Thailand in May!! We are excited and can’t wait!!

I just arrived to Bangkok yesterday. Today I just went around and explored the city, to get a feel of the place first.
Why do so many people wear mask in Thailand. New sub here loving the videos! Great work!

There are many choices online one of them its called Thailand trains
The double track railway from Bangkok to Hua Hin is almost finished. It takes only 3-4 hours, 2-3 hours faster than the original one.
Hua Hin is very nice but the hotel prices have really rocketed this year.
Arsen, do you prefer this hotel or the Golden Sea? Which one is closer to restaurants, etc?
Golden Sea is amazing but you need car drive 5 minutes to the beach, this hotel you can walk near the night market, and it's ok all in all, but if you have a car I prefer golden sea
So this was the special express train 43?
Yes
Can you do a separate video on Hua Hin Walking street?

Is it really cold or just Thailand cold? 😝
For the first time in years, I did not find an Arabic translation. I am sad
