I stayed at city garden tower which has pretty much the same rooms. Pretty decent but so noisy downstairs. Ill be back for a year in. A couple of months and would concider this if there would be a inside unit. Absolutly need a quiet room this time.
Thanks for that reply, my experience was oposite, very quiet, i had balcony towards the swimmingpool near the gym/Entrance of the hole place. Very quiet mornings, and evenings. That is the building Florence 👍

Great video, and very nice units. Do they have larger units, perhaps 2 and 3 Bedrooms. Also, the speed as you transitioned from one unit to the next was good...but the shots within the units themselves went too fast to read the descriptions.

Thank you so much for a nice feedback. I am glad you liked it 👍🤩 I will take the feedback into my next videos and slow down the pictures a few seconds. They have 2 Bedroom units here. I think the best way to contact is the e-mail to the e-mail in the video at the entrance of the building. They have full information for both long and short term stays in bigger units 👍 The price there i will try to find out about it. Asking the office one of the next days.
All of the condos were pretty good in my opinion and with the long-term prices being somewhat half like it even more. I didn't see a washing machine unless it was behind a cupboard? And the kitchen was just barely doable, since I'll be living there long-term. The rest of the place looks great.
Plan is 3 months in Bangkok, then Pattaya or Jomtien beach.
Its 2 Laundry service just 3 minute walk from the unit. They charge 50 baht for cleaning +40 for drying and +50 if you want them to do the full service. 2 hours laiter you have your clean cloths.
Its also about 15 restaurants very nearby. 2 of them are amazing.

Cooking is possible but just 2 plates at the same time 👍😁

I am interested , starting late April for at least one month .My 4 year old girl , wife and myself. Two questions how many meters to central plaza and is the bed fairly soft ?
The Bed is the best bed ive slept in of my years trough ASIA. It is Soft, but not falling down soft. Its perfect for good sleep. Central Plaza mall is 2,3 km away. 30 minutes walk, or 8 minutes car. It is 2 very good restaurants nearby, walking 1 minute and 10 minutes. Novo & Never Give up Pattaya. Absolutly amazing food both places for a low good price 👍

All overpriced, but for short term maybe okay.
Short term is usually 2x the price of the longterm prices, if you stay 1 year usually can get 50% of the prices i put on my channel.
