The second apartment is basically what I paid 3 years ago coming to America back overseas from the military in Texas with full amenities included, a fully furnished room, and basically a house to myself. Internet, electricity, and water included for $725. Today I pay $825 and it'll go up a bit more next year. I plan on moving overseas to pay that ridiculously low $250-500 range I keep hearing about to basically save MOST of my money needed for my current lifestyle. It's comparable living but you still just win on the even cheaper cost of living there vs Texas.
The camera just loves her. The 35sqm condo is a standard design, 10 years ago in Bangkok you could buy for 1 million depending on the city area and such. Life Condo's come to mind.

My wife and I would really love to see some videos on short term rental options. Something for people interested in staying 3 - 6 months at a time and whether it is even possible for a foreigner to rent short term.

We stayed in Baan Kiang Fah back in 2018. It's was an amazing place that was comfortably placed between the beach, Cicada Market (and Tamarind Market), and Bluport Mall. Great location!

Another great informative video! I visited Hua Hin for the first time in October last year. I fell in love with the place. One of my favourite places in Thailand now (on the mainland atleast - still love the islands like Koh Tao or Koh Chang).

This is very helpful. Planning retirement in Hu Hin after several years n Beijing. Just waiting for China borders to open and regular flight to resume.
The only thing which might bother some is if the pools are busy/noisy (kids enjoying themselves) ...at the moment its quiet so maybe anyone might need to factor this in if they are thinking of a quiet stay...

Correct Thailand can be very noise where ever you go come of the beating track ten minutes and you'll find what your looking for
