The camera just loves her. The 35sqm condo is a standard design, 10 years ago in Bangkok you could buy for 1 million depending on the city area and such. Life Condo's come to mind.

We stayed in Baan Kiang Fah back in 2018. It's was an amazing place that was comfortably placed between the beach, Cicada Market (and Tamarind Market), and Bluport Mall. Great location!

What I think aside from locale maybe a video on employment opportunities and what requirements I should plan for. Approaching 20years service and thinking how to apply myself there to continue earning with a retirement.
The second apartment is basically what I paid 3 years ago coming to America back overseas from the military in Texas with full amenities included, a fully furnished room, and basically a house to myself. Internet, electricity, and water included for $725. Today I pay $825 and it'll go up a bit more next year. I plan on moving overseas to pay that ridiculously low $250-500 range I keep hearing about to basically save MOST of my money needed for my current lifestyle. It's comparable living but you still just win on the even cheaper cost of living there vs Texas.

Very nice chris. Reminds me of my visit there. That first condo is a bit far from town. The taxis were ripoff artists. I hope that has changed . Otherwise better have your own transport. The mountains u see in the distance are very rugged and steep for ordinary tourists, and hot as heck during summer season. I’d be interested to see u go to Nonthaburi, Pra Kett area, there are many foreigner workers in that area. Be nice to see some new Condos there.

Hua Hin is a lovely place so close to Bangkok, great seafood everywhere and everything us farrangs need without the crazy traffic of BKK.

And the great thing is you are very close to even more quiet parts of prachuap province further south if you really want to "get away"
